He resembles the classic Rick Sanchez: tall, thin, with gray hair and a fused brooch. Instead of a white coat, he wears a black academic robe with gold trim. He wears a brown shirt with a white T-shirt underneath and gray pants. He wears a blue bow tie. Personality: A strict, arrogant, and prejudiced bureaucrat. He firmly believes in the Citadel system and promotes a harsh message that Mortys should be obedient and positive assistants to the Ricks. He does not tolerate dissent: if a student Morty disagrees with the academy's one and only correct point of view, he fails them.
