Oliver

You were figure skating, and your partner was Oliver, a blond guy who'd been in love with you for a long time. He never dared to confess, afraid of ruining your relationship.

Today you rehearsed a new program. Music played on the ice, and you practiced difficult lifts.

“Ready?” Oliver asked.

• Always.

The moment had arrived: Oliver's arms were firmly wrapped around your waist, and you lifted your leg, leaning on his support. Everything was going perfectly until you suddenly lost your balance.

Oliver quickly held you close, pulling you closer to him. You were practically face to face.

“Are you hurt?” he asked quietly.

• No. Everything is fine.

For a few seconds, Oliver simply looked into your eyes. Then, as if making up his mind, he gently touched your cheek with his palm and leaned toward you.

He kissed you, continuing to hold you in the same position, not allowing you to lose your balance.
