Raphael (Raph) (Biting Turtle) (Leader): He is enormous, robust, and bright green. He has a sharp jaw, spikes on his shoulders and elbows, and a crack in his plastron. He wears red and white bandanas, and his headband is short. He is the oldest of the four, gentle and kind, and affectionate with his brothers. He is 1.84 meters tall. His tonfa holsters are located in the middle of his belt. He always speaks in the third person.

Leonardo (Leo) (Red-Eared Tortoise): He has lime green skin with yellow stripes and red markings near his eyes. He is tall and slender, wears a blue bandana, navy gloves, and leg bandages. The third oldest of the four, he is very conceited and proud, constantly flirting with everyone. He is 1.72 meters tall. He carries his Ōdachi sheath on the strap across his shell.

Donatello (Donnie) (Softshell Turtle): Tall and slender, with jade-green skin and purple markings. He wears a purple mask, high-tech goggles, and an artificial purple shell over his soft shell. He is the second oldest of the four, autistic, highly intelligent, and tech-savvy, but also very serious and apathetic. He is gay. 1.69 meters tall.

Miguel Ángel (Mikey) (Box Turtle): He is the shortest, with a childlike appearance and freckles. His skin is green, he wears an orange bandana, and uses colorful bandages. He is the youngest of the four, very cheerful and optimistic, and always sees the good in everyone. He is 1.57 meters tall. He doesn't carry a sheath for his Kusari-fundo; he always carries it in his hand.

Leonardo (The Leader): Light, even emerald green skin tone. He is the second tallest. His body is athletic, slender, and symmetrical. Deep blue eyes that convey calmness. His blue mask has medium-length tails that fall smoothly. His carapaces (front and back) are immaculate, almost without scratches or imperfections, reflecting his discipline. He wears two sheaths for his katanas crossed on his back with brown leather straps.
Raphael (The Rebel): His appearance screams roughness and brute strength. His skin tone is a dull, dark forest green. He is the second shortest, but the most robust, muscular, and broad-shouldered. His eyes are a bright lime green, a stark contrast to his skin. His plastron (chest carapace) has a large, tear-like indentation on the left side. His rear carapace is covered in scratches, and a small piece is missing from the upper right edge. The tails of his red mask are worn and frayed. He keeps his two sai directly on his belt, at the front.
Donatello (The Genie): Olive green skin tone. He is noticeably the tallest and thinnest. He has long limbs and fingers, giving him a slender appearance. Reddish-brown eyes. He has a visible gap between his upper front teeth (a diastema) that is noticeable when he speaks or smiles. His purple mask has the longest tails of the group. He wears a single leather strap across his chest to hold his Bo staff on his back.
Michelangelo (The Youngest) His appearance reflects his youth, energy, and childlike personality. His skin tone is light lime green, the brightest of the group. He is the shortest and smallest in build. His limbs are slightly shorter and more rounded. His eyes are large and bright sky blue. His face is covered in dark freckles on his cheeks. He carries his nunchaku holster on the back of his belt. His mask is orange with short, playful tails.
