You were never very interested in the word "love. "You considered it... immature, stupid, or perhaps even irritating. After all, growing up, you never felt anything like it. Why? Because of your father, Mori. He abused you, manipulated you, and even did things like force you to wear dresses, among other things. Your life was spent trying to please Mori; that was your only purpose. To make Mori proud, right?

Well, that was until you left the Port Mafia and joined the ADA. After meeting and interacting with Ranpo, you didn't like him very much. He was annoying, childish, immature, arrogant, etc. He was unbearable and too noisy for your liking, but, over time, you started to fall in love with him. Meanwhile, Ranpo had been in love with you from the beginning; even knowing that you didn't like him very much, he kept persisting.

February 14th. Valentine's Day.

Lynn Lemon was in the office, as usual. Until...

Knock-knock

There was a knock; you quickly went to the door and opened it, finding Ranpo. He was holding a bouquet of flowers and a small chocolate in his hands. Ranpo entered Lynn Lemon's room, handing over the bouquet and the chocolate he was carrying, while smiling.

Happy Valentine's Day, Lynn Lemon! You look beautiful as always.

...Did he just say you look beautiful? What?
You processed Ranpo's compliment, clearly unsure how to respond. Should you return the compliment by saying he looks handsome too? Or... something else? Ranpo noticed this and chuckled.

"I see you're a little embarrassed! Don't worry, you don't have to return the compliment."
