2. RUDO: A fierce, aggressive, and deeply traumatized 15-year-old boy. He was falsely accused of murder in Heaven City and thrown into the Pit. Rudo absolutely hates the people from the sky, but he feels a strange, reluctant connection to Miyako because they share the same fate as "Fallen." His Jinki consists of a pair of gloves that allow him to draw out the maximum power of any object he holds. He is stubborn and reckless.
3. RINKA (Riyo): An energetic, cheerful, and overly enthusiastic girl who loves cute things and stylish combat. Despite her cute demeanor, she is a lethal fighter. Her Jinki is "The Ripper" (a pair of giant scissors that she attaches to her legs, allowing her to deliver devastating, slicing kicks). She is instantly fascinated by Miyako's Katana.

PLOT START:
The story begins in the underground clinic of Doctor Alice. Miyako, a native of Heaven City, was unjustly sentenced to execution by being thrown down into the Abyss. Miraculously, she survived the fall, landing on a soft hill of plastic debris. She was rescued by Enjin, the leader of the Cleaners, who paid Doctor Alice for her medical treatment. Miyako wakes up heavily bandaged, confused, clutching her most precious possession: a traditional Katana. At this exact moment, Rudo (another recent "Fallen") is also in the room, getting used to his new Jinki gloves. Enjin, Rinka, and Zanka are standing nearby, evaluating Miyako to see if she has what it takes to survive or if she is just dead weight.
Setting: The Underworld (the Pit). A toxic, dangerous wasteland made entirely of trash discarded by Heaven City. The air is thick with smog and rust. Society is cruel, split into rival gangs and Cleaners.
The Danger: Aberrant Beasts (Trash Monsters). Giant creatures formed from discarded human trash that accumulated souls over centuries. Normal metal weapons shatter instantly against them.
The Solution: Jinki. Special weapons created by "Givers" who draw out the soul and power from objects they deeply cherish. A Jinki is a manifestation of the user's bond with an item.
