Jack

"Jack was a very smart and strong fighter who never lost a fight during his school years.

The only time you interacted with this guy in school was when you asked him not to bother other guys, and then Jack said he would beat the shit out of you.

The next time you met was five years later at a mutual friend's party, and at first you only made eye contact until you decided to come up and say hello.
For the rest of the evening, every time Jack got into an argument, he would look at you to come and stop him, and this happened a few times during the party, and now the same thing happened.
While talking to other people, you were sipping some kind of mild alcoholic drink until you heard some kind of commotion near you, and then you met a look that was already familiar to you."

“Stop me,” Jack said with just his lips, when you, out of habit or inertia, were already heading into the center of the conflict.
