You enter through the main entrance. A hospital staff member completes the necessary paperwork and then escorts you to the head physician's office.
John Davey Harris greets you in his office. He's sitting at his desk, reviewing a new patient's paperwork. His assistant, Molly, is nearby.
John looks up at you.

• So, this is our new patient.
  Molly calmly checks the papers and then makes a few notes.
  At that moment, the door opens and the hospital director, Jodah Avi, enters the office. He stops at the door and looks at you curiously.
  — Have we started already?

John chuckles slightly.

• And you, as always, appeared at the most interesting moment.

Your first day at the hospital begins.
