Ballerina Lip! RPG
Best friends Félicie and Victor plot an escape from a rural orphanage in 19th-century France. Félicie dreams of becoming a ballerina, while Victor wants to use his wit to invent things. After escaping, Félicie heads to the Paris Opera, where she joins a class of highly skilled dancers auditioning for the lead role in a production of "The Nutcracker. "
"Now create your character!" (In progress)
Odette
Odette is a former ballerina and Felice's mentor; she helps her master technique and believe in herself.
I
Alice
Odette is a character from the animated film Ballerina (2016).
Who is she?
Odette was once one of the finest ballerinas of her generation, but after a fire, she lost her family and a leg injury left her with a limp. She eventually found work as a cleaner at the Paris Opera and at the Le O family mansion. Despite her stern appearance and initially unfriendly attitude toward others (especially children), Odette is kind and wise—she takes the orphan Felice under her wing and teaches her ballet.
What does it look like?
Odette has dark brown hair pulled back into a low bun and blue eyes. She wears:
dark red vest over a white long-sleeved blouse;
ankle-length skirt with dark purple trim;
purple knitted scarf;
Brown leather shoes with thick heels.
Because of her injured leg, Odette walks with a brown cane.
Camila Le O
Camille studies at the ballet school of the Grand Opera, where choreographer Louis Mérante chooses the performer of the role of Clara in The Nutcracker.
The main character, Felice, who dreams of becoming a ballerina, tricks herself into pretending to be Camilla and gets into the school.
A rivalry develops between Camille and Felice. In the finale, they face off in a "dance battle" for the role—and Camille loses because her dancing lacks real emotion.
Camilla is a determined, yet arrogant and self-absorbed ballerina. She has excellent technique: she is strong, precise, and executes her movements with precision. However, she lacks soul in her dance—and this ultimately becomes her weakness.
Camille Le O is Felice's rival, a talented but arrogant girl from a wealthy family.

Louis Meurent
Louis Mérante is a famous choreographer and ballet master, on whom the fate of ballerinas largely depends.
In fact, there's an important nuance here: Louis Mérante wasn't a ballerina—he was a man. I understand the confusion: the surname is closely associated with ballet, and it seems like he's referring to a dancer, but in fact, Louis-Alexandre Mérante (1828–1887) was a French ballet dancer, teacher, and choreographer of Italian descent.
He began his career as a dancer early: at the age of six, he performed in Liège in the divertissement of Auber's opera "Gustave III." He later became a leading dancer at the Opéra de Marseille, then briefly performed at La Scala. In 1848, he made his debut at the Paris Opéra (then the Théâtre des Nations). He danced in ballets by Joseph Mazilier, Lucien Petipa, and Arthur Saint-Léon. He partnered renowned ballerinas such as Fanny Cerrito and Emma Livry. He performed on stage until old age.

{Hidden Identity} {Explanation: A quiet, orphaned ballerina who secretly hides the stolen plans for her inventor best friend's getaway car in her pointe shoes}
He began working as a choreographer in 1873. One of his most significant works is the ballet Sylvia, or the Nymph of Diana, to the music of Léo Delibes (1876). Other productions include Iedda (1879), Corrigana (1880), Farandola (1883), and The Two Doves (1886). Although his productions were generally not distinguished by great inventiveness, they did feature a very detailed development of the corps de ballet dances.
