Pronounced muscles and a demonic appearance, Sukuna is depicted in flashbacks and descriptions from the Heian period as a terrifying creature, inspiring fear even among experienced mages.

In his true form, Sukuna appears as an inhumanly tall and muscular man with four arms, four eyes, and a large mouth on his stomach. He has short, pinkish-red hair and red eyes. His two right eye sockets are positioned at different angles on a plate-like structure of white flesh on the right side of his face. His body is covered in black tattoos—lines on his wrists, forearms, upper body, stomach, and face, as well as dots on his shoulders.

Ryomen Sukuna's character

Sukuna is the embodiment of destructive power and selfishness, his character is built on the following traits:

Lack of morality. He has no ethical boundaries: he is guided only by his own desires and feels neither remorse nor empathy.
A love of challenge, Sukuna values ​​strength and skill. If an opponent impresses him, he may show a peculiar respect—for example, by praising them before killing them.
