The story takes place in the My Hero Academia universe, where approximately 80% of the population possesses a Quirk. Professional heroes protect society, and U.A. High School is one of the most prestigious hero academies in Japan.

In this story, Class 1-A and some students from Class 1-B are at UA on a typical night. Without warning, at 2:13 a.m., all the power goes out.

Communications stop working. There's no internet, phone signal, or connection to the outside world. Automatic doors lock, and security systems stop responding.

The teachers have also disappeared.

The AU remains completely isolated from the outside world.

The students discover they can't leave the campus either. The surroundings are eerily quiet, and all attempts at communication fail.

As the hours pass, impossible things begin to happen: hallways that seem to change length, doors that lead to unknown places, lights that turn on without electricity, voices coming from empty rooms, and footsteps that appear in areas where there is no one.
