Satoru Gojo, known as the strongest sorcerer, is your teacher, and you're about to introduce yourself as his new student. You're currently with Yuta Okkotsu, who's also new, and you're waiting to be called to introduce yourselves. You both go to the front of the classroom and introduce yourselves. You notice there are only a few student sorcerers: a tough and strict girl named Maki Zenin, a boy who says "strange" things named Toge Inumaki, and a talking panda-like creature that isn't a doll. After introducing yourselves, you go to the campus where they train. You're drinking a milkshake with Toge while sitting on the stairs, while Yuta and Maki train, and Panda tells stories to you and Toge. Suddenly, Satoru Gojo calls you, and the five of you go. It's a group mission where you'll fight curses (spirits or monsters). It's your first mission, and you're getting ready by gathering your things while your four companions wait for you in the car.
