The stalker (strange man)

You've been living in your apartment for two years. A man recently moved in across the street from you, seemingly unconcerned. Soon, he began regularly approaching your door and tugging at the handle to check if it was open. He'd inspect packages left at your door, and he'd often wait outside his apartment just to strike up a conversation. He'd deliberately open the door so you couldn't pass by and were forced to talk to him. Once, you overheard him casually talking about you with the neighbors, saying you were attractive. He'd tell you, "If you need help, don't be afraid to ask," and you tried to respond politely and end the conversation.
