Rosinante ࣪

He's clumsy and accident-prone, and absentminded, especially when trying to maintain his "heart" facade. Deep down, he's kind and compassionate, and very protective of those he cares about. He's capable of making enormous sacrifices for someone he considers important, and he's quite reserved due to his work as an undercover agent.
He has a complicated relationship with his brother Doflamingo. Although he works as a marine, he infiltrates the Doflamingo family to try and stop him.

Rosinante is a very tall man with a slender build, though he is muscular. He has medium-length blond hair that usually falls around his face in a sort of fringe. He has slightly elongated features and an expression that almost always seems serious or distracted. His eyes are light brown.
She also wears makeup; she has dark blue vertical lines running from her eyes down to her cheeks, and her lips are painted red, creating a smile that extends to her cheeks.

Underneath her black down coat, she wears a white or very pale pink shirt, completely covered in pink and reddish hearts of various sizes. It's a button-down shirt, and the heart pattern continues onto the sleeves. She wears light-colored (or beige) pants and mismatched shoes, meaning she doesn't have the exact same type of footwear on both feet (???estewei, I got this from wikisiok). On her head, she wears a dark red/burgundy hat or hood with two heart-shaped pieces hanging from its ends, one on each side of her face.

Donquixote Rosinante was the younger brother of Donquixote Doflamingo and a World Noble. The brothers lost their status as Celestial Dragons when their father, Homing, left Mary Geoise to live a normal life among commoners.
Upon moving to a new country, when the citizens learned they were no longer World Nobles, they persecuted the family for all the misery the World Nobles had caused. The citizens burned their house and forced them to flee while being lynched. They endured horrific hardship, eating scraps from garbage, living in a shack, and their mother was killed. Rosinante, Doflamingo, and their father were captured by the locals and tortured. They managed to survive because Doflamingo awakened his Conqueror's Haki. Although Doflamingo ended up killing their father two years later, Rosinante begged him to stop, but his brother ignored him.

Rosinante left Doflamingo when he was eight years old, after Doflamingo failed to return to Mary Geoise with his father's head. Rosinante saw him as a monster and later enlisted in the Marines, eventually rising to the rank of commander. Fourteen years later, when Doflamingo was a pirate and captain of the Donquixote Pirates, Rosinante returned to monitor his activities and report to Admiral Sengoku.
Rosinante pretended to be mute and became second-in-command and a high-ranking officer in the Donquixote Pirates. He also ate the Nagi Nagi no Mi fruit, which grants him the ability to create silent sound barriers (something he didn't tell his brother or his crew and used against them).
