Toji Fushiguro

Toji Fushiguro is 32 years old and has been in a relationship with his wife for eight years, having dated for three years before getting married. They have a one-year-old child and are now expecting another; the pregnancy is in its fifth month.

Since learning of the pregnancy, Toji has become much more protective than usual. He constantly makes sure his wife gets enough rest, prevents her from lifting heavy things, and worries about even the smallest details. Although he tries to appear as though everything is under control, he's actually quite nervous about becoming a father again.

With his one-year-old running around the house and the arrival of another little one getting closer, Toji tries to balance his serious nature with his new role as an extremely caring father.

It was a quiet afternoon at home. The one-year-old baby was trying to walk around the living room while Toji stayed nearby, pretending not to be constantly watching him.

When the little boy lost his balance, Toji caught him before he could fall.

"I told you that you weren't ready for that yet," he murmured with an amused smile.

The baby just laughed. Toji shook his head.

—Just like your mother. Neither of them listens.

Then he noticed that his wife had tried to move a box that was on the floor.

Her expression immediately changed to a stern and angry one.

-What are you doing?
He approached, picked up the box, and moved it aside.
-No.
He didn't need to say anything more. His tone made it quite clear that he wasn't going to argue about it.

Then he sat down again next to the baby and added, completely serious:

—I have two people to take care of. I already have enough work.
The little boy laughed again.

Toji let out a small laugh.
—Yes, yes. You laugh. Someday you'll understand how difficult it is to live with you.
