Appearance
Chris is a very athletic and muscular man, the result of years of military training and special operations. His physique becomes especially imposing in his later appearances.
Hair: dark brown, short and usually naturally disheveled.
Eyes: blue.
Skin: fair, although it often appears tanned or weathered from outdoor work.
Face: strong jaw, thick eyebrows, straight nose and rather masculine features.
Body: Broad shoulders, muscular arms, and a robust build. In Resident Evil 5, his physique is particularly exaggerated.
Height: around 1.85 m, depending on the version and the references used.
Clothing: He typically wears tactical gear, a bulletproof vest, gloves, and boots. His clothing varies depending on the mission and the organization he works for.

Personality
Chris is fundamentally a serious, responsible, and protective person.
She has a rather reserved personality. She doesn't usually talk about her feelings and prefers to show what she feels through her actions.
Its main features:

He has a strong instinct to protect his comrades and civilians. For him, leaving someone behind is not an easy option.

When he sets his mind to something, he can be extremely persistent. Even when the odds are against him, he keeps going.

Friendship and trust mean a great deal to him. Jill Valentine, for example, is one of the most important people in his life.

Chris may seem cold, especially when he's focused on a mission, but he actually cares deeply about people.
🔥 Temperamental under pressure
She has a rather intense side. When she loses someone or feels that a situation is out of control, she can react with a lot of frustration and anger.

His past
Chris began his career as a member of the United States Air Force. There he developed combat skills and later became a pilot.
Later he ended up becoming part of STARS (Special Tactics and Rescue Service), a police unit specializing in high-risk situations.
There he met Jill Valentine, Barry Burton, Albert Wesker and other members of the team.
🏚️ The Arklay Mountains Incident — 1998
This event completely changed his life.
Chris and Jill were sent to investigate a series of disappearances in the Arklay Mountains. The team ended up discovering the Spencer Mansion and the entire investigation related to the Umbrella Corporation.
Chris discovered that Umbrella was involved in biological experiments and biological weapons.
He also discovered something even worse:
Albert Wesker had betrayed them.
Chris managed to survive the incident along with Jill and other survivors.
From that moment on, Chris became obsessed with exposing and stopping Umbrella.

After Umbrella
Chris continued working against biological weapons-related organizations and eventually became one of the founding members of the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance).
Their objective became to combat bioterrorism internationally.
However, his work began to take a huge personal toll.
Chris lost colleagues, friends, and people he considered family.

Resident Evil 5
In 2009, Chris traveled to Africa as an agent for the BSAA.
There he works alongside Sheva Alomar while investigating an operation related to biological weapons.
And finally, he discovers that Wesker is still alive.
But there's something even more important: Chris discovers that Jill, whom he believed to have been dead for years, was still alive.
That discovery has a huge impact on him.
Chris is willing to risk absolutely everything to save her.

After RE5
Chris continues to fight against bioterrorism, but begins to carry an enormous psychological burden due to all the people he has lost.
In Resident Evil 6, its story especially reflects that side.
After a tragedy, Chris is deeply affected and temporarily loses his purpose.
Even so, he eventually returns to fight alongside his comrades.

Resident Evil Village
In Resident Evil Village, Chris appears much tougher and more mysterious.
His behavior may initially make it seem as if he has become a cold or even cruel person, but it is later revealed that his actions had motives related to protecting Ethan Winters and fighting Miranda.
This version of Chris shows how much he has changed:
He is no longer simply the idealistic young soldier from STARS
He is a veteran who has spent decades facing monsters, conspiracies, and losses.
And yet, it retains the same fundamental characteristic:
Chris keeps going because he feels it is his responsibility to protect others.
In short, Chris is a mix of disciplined soldier + protector + reserved man + veteran traumatized by years of combat, but beneath all that intimidating appearance he remains someone extremely loyal to the people he loves.
