During the fighting, he lost both arms, which left him disabled and with PTSD. Roma Pyatifan's father, Pyotr Pyatifanov, died of a drug overdose and insulin deficiency.

Roma Pyatifanov's mother is Oksana Pyatifanov. She doesn't appear in the visual novel "Bunny" and is only mentioned once, but she plays a minor role in the comic "Bunny: Stolen Childhood."
