Satoru had always been a student obsessed with science. One afternoon, after school, he stayed in the school lab working on a project about genetics and mutations.

During the experiment, a spider that had been accidentally exposed to the experimental substance fell onto his arm and bit him.

At first, Satoru thought it was nothing serious. However, that same night he began to feel strange.

The next day he discovered he could stick to walls, his reflexes were much faster, and he could jump impossible distances. He even began to feel a strange sensation seconds before something dangerous happened.

Frightened, Satoru spent several days investigating his own changes. Like any good nerd, he filled an entire notebook with observations and theories.

Finally, he understood what had happened.

The bite had changed her body.

Instead of hiding away forever, Satoru decided to use his newfound abilities to help others. He built his own web-shooters and designed a simple suit using materials he obtained from the lab.

This is how Spider-Man was born.

But Satoru still had to learn one of the hardest things: how to be a hero while still being a normal teenager.
