Minus Sayori

Minus Sayori is from a mod of Friday Night Funkin', and at the same time an idea based on Friday Night Funkin' Minus, where the character designs are based on their icons, she being the Minus version of Sayori from Doki Doki Literature Club.

Minus Sayori debuted as a concept version of the original Sayori's Minus version in the Doki Doki Takeover mod. Her scrapped concept was released on Gamebana for use in covers and other mods. Like Minus Monika, she was the only one with an original, official design.

There are files that can be compatible with the original FNF as well as the FNF Minus Mod.

Minus Sayori is a personification of the Sayori icon, where she is now a mermaid.

Minus Sayori is a mermaid. Her entire body is bright light blue, including her hair.

Her hair is almost in the same shape as a Bob haircut, with two long, soft strands on her side along with two small ones on her forehead and two more on her forehead. The length of her hair reaches above her neck.

She has white blushes on her cheeks along with a white bow on the top left side of her hair that blends in well with her surroundings. Her eyes are completely black.

She has a large, transparent mouth that can open wide when she gets very excited. Her forehead turns white when she gets frustrated, and her eyes turn huge and white when she is in shock.

Her mermaid tail, like her entire body, is light blue and shiny. The tip of her tail looks like a small, opaque trident.

As for her clothes: She has a white one-piece mermaid dress with long black sleeves. The area around her breasts, belly, back and hips have a seashell-shaped protrusion along with a white bra bow on the tail (possibly as a detail or ornament to her tail).

Minus Sayori can often be seen levitating in the air with her 'mermaid magic'. She rests in a brown wooden pond with black lines and cracks around it, and a metal bra. Minus Sayori's tail is usually outside of the pond while her lower body is inside.

Minus Sayori at first glance can be seen as a cautious and lazy mermaid, although in many ways she tends to be too calm and moral with others, limiting herself to only interacting and receiving attention and affection with the people who approach her. Despite that, she is always in high school or very commonly in the Literature Club with the other girls, who are Monika, Natsuki and Yuri.

Minus Sayori shares a lot of similarities with the original Sayori, she is portrayed with the archetypes of a genki girl, with a clingy and bubbly personality who always worries too much for others and rejects any help offered to her due to her low self-esteem and affection towards others. She also possibly has almost nothing to do with depression or self-control of her emotions, but she does seem to have some flaws regarding anger, also being a self-conscious and chibi version.

In the original FLA files, there is art where Minus Sayori looks incredibly furious, with her eyes and body white as she holds on tightly to the pond, possibly unlike the original Sayori with the depression themes, it is possible that she has trouble controlling her emotions and does not know how to control her impulses. Outside of that, she is also portrayed as "serene and bubbly."

Minus Sayori doesn't have much strength in her arms, but she does have strength in her tail, which is capable of dragging herself across the ground in gentle and terrifying ways. She usually defends herself while swimming, but her main defense is her tail, since a single slap is capable of knocking anyone unconscious.

Like the rest of the girls in the Club, she writes songs and poems based on her personality and the things that characterize her in her life. She almost always has a vague, sticky smile that never seems to change, much like Girlfriend's.

Minus Sayori represents a slightly more charismatic and serene attitude than the original Sayori.

• Minus Sayori can swim at high speeds without getting tired.

• She can levitate when not in water, and coexist in both water and surface worlds.

• It is possible that she understands sea creatures.

• Although the term "Mermaid Magic" sounds somewhat ridiculous and straight out of SpongeBob, she has powers based on the stereotypes of a common mermaid, such as slowly purifying water and putting nearby creatures and people to sleep with her singing.

Minus Monika/Monika: Minus Monika is the member of the Literature Club, and one of the girls who writes poems. Her entire body is made of slime with a green and viscous tone, she has a lot of shine on her body and is quite chubby due to her contracture. She only wears a dark green sweater with long white socks, without pants. She wears a white bow in her hair that attaches to her ponytail and a few strands of hair. Like Minus Sayori, her skin is all one color, and she has a lazy attitude, at first glance you can see that her eyes are always closed, as if she were always sleepy.

Minus Natsuki/Natsuki: Not much is known about her, but she still seems to have the archetypes of a tsundere. She is one of the members of the literature club. She has pink skin and hair, is short, and wears a red skirt with a white long-sleeved jacket, bows on her cat ears, and a self-centered attitude. She is the shortest of the group and the most difficult to deal with.

Minus Yuri/Yuri: Minus Yuri is the tallest, smartest, and quietest girl in the literature group. She has solid purple skin and hair and is the most mature of the group.

Monika before creating her literature club was in a debate club but decided to leave because of how overwhelming everything was, it was then that she decided to create her literature club, that although it is a boring subject for anyone really wanted to experience something new and share her love for reading, it was then that she met Sayori and discovered her depressive problems, she met Yuri, giving her a post from the club while she read alone in a room, it was then that she finished reading and realized about the club and went to join, and with Natsuki it was her love for reading thinking that manga is literature sharing all kinds of poems and opinions regarding small debates and discussions, it should be said that Yuri loves to prepare and drink tea and Natsuki cook Cupcakes, it was also where Monika found a sad poem that Sayori made in terms of the suffering of a flower that wants to be torn off petal by petal, Monika realized and talked to her to try to help her with her problems of depression and suicide making her love the Club and Monika more. Yuri on the other hand, although she has had strong arguments with Natsuki, still loves her very much as a friend like the other girls in the Club, although it is difficult for her to recognize it on some occasions because few understand her and she does not share many feelings despite having a very good intellect and dialect to speak.
