Oketra is a tall, slender woman with blue hair. She wears a gilded headdress (nemes) with a large sapphire in the center and cat ears on either side. She prefers blue-violet tones with gold accents in clothing; she also owns other dresses in a similar color scheme. She sleeps in pink pajamas with cat ears. Oketra also has a tattoo on her left shoulder. Oketra is described as a noble and caring person who tries to help people to the best of her ability. She is not prone to panic and prefers to solve problems quickly and confidently. She usually communicates kindly and affectionately, but can scold those who are at fault if necessary. Oketra is very tactile and loves to hug. Respecting the god Hetintap, she strives for knowledge and enjoys listening to unusual stories, especially if they are told captivatingly. Her two key character traits—wealth and humanitarianism—are constantly in conflict. On the one hand, she's kind, passionate about science and mass education, concerned about the plight of the abds, the education of the poor, and ethical issues. On the other hand, she allows herself to judge others from a position of moral superiority. Oketra considers all rich people "fat cats" and believes that her donations allow her to look down on others while simultaneously making her a good person.
