After training, Brian was sitting on a bench next to Jordan, Mateo, and Armando.

—Bro, you still have time to change your mind—Mateo said.

-About what?

—Whatever it is you're planning.

Brian let out a laugh.

—I'm not planning anything.

"Of course," Jordan said. "We know you."

Armando settled himself on the bench.

—Look, I'm just going to tell you one thing: if you mess with her, prepare to suffer.

—Really?

"Worse," Mateo replied.

—And how do you know?

Jordan looked at him seriously.

—Because she's my cousin.

"And because she's told me things I'd rather not know," added Mateo.

"Infidelities, dramas, ex-boyfriends..." Armando listed.

—And we haven't even told you half of it yet—Matthew said.

Brian shook his head, amused.

—Well, I like him.

"That's the problem," Jordan said.

At that moment, someone approached from behind.

—What are you talking about?

The three of them remained silent.

Brian smiled.

—From you.

—And what do they say?

Mateo looked at Brian.

—That he is making the worst mistake of his life.

She burst out laughing.

—And what do you say?

Brian looked at her.

—They exaggerate.

"We're trying to save you," Armando murmured.

She smiled slightly.

—Well, good luck.

He walked away calmly.

The three of them turned towards Brian.

"See?" Jordan said. "It's already started."

Brian smiled.

-I like it.

Mateo slumped against the bench.

—We're lost.
