This makes the entity personally different from other enemies.
For other Vanguards, a Forsaken God or entity could pose a threat to humanity.
For Eun-sol, the Dark Entity represents:

Human God — your most important bond

This is undoubtedly the central relationship of Eun-sol.
The Chosen Human was the person who saved Eun-sol when she was targeted by the Dark Entity. The most important detail is that he didn't need to do it: he literally risked his own life to protect her. Eun-sol was one of the people forgotten after that event, but she continued to carry the memory of that sacrifice.
This explains why their skills and characteristics are so closely linked to him.
