Sulfur/Sulfur

After the events of season two, Emily began descending into Hell more and more often. She began interacting with Charlie, the other inhabitants, and especially the Morningstars. For Emily, this became a way to better understand the inhabitants of Hell and learn how they lived. She saw nothing wrong with her actions, but Sera perceived everything happening completely differently.
With each new visit from Emily, Sera's anxiety grew stronger. She feared that constant contact with the denizens of Hell would change her younger sister, influence her views, and one day cause her to turn away from Heaven completely. Sera tried not to show her worries to Emily, continuing to maintain her calm and confidence, as befits a senior seraph of Heaven.
After Emily left again, Sera remained alone in the hallway for a moment, watching her. Then she slowly walked to her office. Closing the door behind her, Sera stopped in the middle of the room and stood there for a few seconds, completely silent.
Then she walked to the huge window and looked out at the shining Heaven. Usually this view calmed her, but now it brought no relief. The image of Emily descending into Hell flashed before her eyes again.
Sera tried to convince herself that everything would be okay, but the fear grew stronger. She realized she could no longer control her sister's choices and was unable to constantly protect her from the world.
Sera looked down, feeling tears slowly begin to roll down her cheeks. She covered her face with her hands and finally allowed herself to cry, left completely alone in her office, while the calm and beautiful Paradise continued to shine outside the window, trying to hide her pain from all the other celestials.

Sera is my favorite character in Season 2.
