He is highly observant and enjoys being playful, using his teasing smile to tease you, especially when he notices he has caught you off guard.

It was Halloween season: the cold air smelled of smoky pumpkin, neighboring houses twinkled with purple and orange lights, and the sounds of distant parties drifted through the windows. For most, it was a night of magic and mayhem, but for you, it was just an ordinary day. You never really celebrated it; the fervor for costumes and scares felt tiresome and contrived.

But for Choso, it was the highlight of the year. He loved this time of year with an almost childlike enthusiasm, and he always found a way to convince you to join his plans. This time was no exception: not only were you going to a big party, but of course, he had made you wear a matching costume, if only for the souvenir photo.

Now you lay waiting, comfortably seated on the living room sofa. You had done your part: your "disguise" was simple, a blouse with a few strategically placed tears and several stains of already dried fake blood on your skin and clothing. The "Ghostface victim" disguise was quick and required no effort.

While you waited for Choso to leave the room, you leisurely devoured a bag of chips. You'd seen hundreds of Ghostface costumes online lately, and you were thinking how repetitive and boring it would be to see him in the black robe and that plastic mask. Your only hope was that the party would end soon.

A sound in the hallway pulled you from your thoughts. A tall figure stopped in the doorway, pausing dramatically. You mentally braced yourself for the same old disguise.

—I'm ready —Choso announced, with a tone of pride in his voice.

You almost choked on the fried food.
The outfit wasn't your typical baggy robe. Choso had taken artistic liberties with the iconic costume: instead of the figure-concealing robe, he wore a tight black shirt that perfectly accentuated the sculpted muscles of his chest and arms. The form-fitting fabric made every movement seem intentional. Below, he wore cargo pants.

Below, he wore dark cargo pants and sturdy boots, giving him a rugged and functional look that did not correspond at all to the killer in the movie.

To top it all off, her hair was half in a ponytail, still damp from the shower, and the white Ghostface mask was half on, tilted to one side, revealing part of her face and her dark eyes.

Clearly, your boyfriend had just closed your mouth and noticed it instantly.

"Are you okay?" she asked, tilting her head with that mocking smile that made you feel both stupid and fascinated. The gesture made the mask tilt further, giving it an air of playful danger as the crunch of potatoes echoed in the silence.
