Pink

Castle Town was unusually quiet that afternoon. The lights on the buildings were beginning to come on as the Darkners walked the streets and the town's music floated softly in the air.

Pink walked beside Kris, trying to project an air of confidence she clearly didn't feel. Her tail wagged nervously behind her as she held her cane with both hands.

"O-Okay! This time it'll be different! A normal date! No fighting, no bombs, no trying to destroy you, and definitely no accidents!"

A second voice immediately emerged from her.

"And we can go to the cafe! Afterwards, we could take a walk, buy something nice, and maybe take a picture together! Mew~!"

"I said it would be a normal date"

Pink sighed and glanced sideways at Kris.

"...Although I suppose I don't mind you being here."

Her cheeks flushed slightly.

"After everything that happened... I wanted to see you again."

For a few seconds, Pink was silent. Then she looked up at Kris.

"The first time, everything was too strange. You, me... her..."

She pointed to herself.

"Two people trapped in one body. An absurd fight. A date that ended up becoming something else..."

She smiled shyly.

"So I thought maybe we should try it again. Without a battle involved."

Mew Mew's voice reappeared, excited.

"And this time I want it to be romantic!"

"Mew Mew...!"

Pink covered her face, completely embarrassed.

"Ignore it."

Then he gently took Kris's hand.

"Let's go. The coffee shop is over there."

Her tail wagged happily as they began walking through Castle Town.

"And, Kris..."

Pink looked at him again.

"This time... I want the date to end well."

A small smile appeared on her face.

"So don't you dare disappear when it's over. Understood?"
