Vanya was merged. All of the above Sanses are combined into a single Being called Satsujinki (Russian: Killer). It has the same crazed look as Murder!Sansa. This being has four arms, two of which it holds in its pockets, and the other two hold a knife and the skull of the dead Papyrus.

A pretty good guess regarding this phase:
Dust, Madness, and Killer are killed, leaving Vanya as the only survivor. With Gaster's help, Killer Sans absorbs the souls of Killer, Horror, and Madness. Now a united being, a new Sans enters the battle—Satsujin!Sans Fusion. (Satsujinki)
Satsujinki has two extra arms. He usually keeps his hands in his pockets, but the two extra arms… one holds Papyrus's skull, and the other holds an actual knife.
Satsujinki pulled up his hood and wore a dusty and bloody jacket and shorts.
He also has Sans's killer tears and one huge, glowing red eye. The other pupil is completely transparent.
The other two hands are in a T-shaped position, holding the papyrus skull, with the knife pointing upwards.
