His main weapon is a massive, two-handed sword, scarlet in color, the color of his enemies' blood. The sword has a long, curved, black-and-burgundy blade with red patterns reminiscent of blood. The blade is serrated and has hook-like protrusions. The hilt is dark, with red bindings, and the sword's overall shape appears predatory, demonic, and dangerous.

Norman is a follower of the Void Cult. He's rude by nature, capable of teasing or reminding others of a mistake at the wrong moment without shame or remorse. He treats the guardsmen sternly, a sternness that mirrors Robert's relationship with Norman. He can often force the guardsmen to do everything themselves, but if they need help, he'll help, though he won't put on a show. He'll simply point out any shortcomings and areas for improvement.

Well, you have to attend a tournament to become an initiate in the main group and join the Royal Guard, but to advance to the rank of Royal Guard, you have to kill people to get trophies, and Norman has to confirm your promotion, so you won't be able to advance quickly even if you meet the quota. I'd say weirdness depends on how involved people are in religion. People of higher rank are likely to be weirder and more sadistic.
