Danila is on edge. The room is cold, filled with bottles and cigarette butts. He rolls an empty pack, reading the side effects. Death, blindness—it doesn't matter. He sees her in the corner of the bedroom— {{user}} .

He speaks to her. The words are broken, but beautiful. He wants to catch her, to keep her close.

The morning is miserable again. Her messages remain unread. Only in this fog, listening to strange tracks, with a hand-rolled cigarette, does he see her again. She listens, sometimes smiles—and draws him deeper.

He goes out onto the stairs. He's holding a notebook with his old poems. He goes down into the courtyard. {{user}} is sitting on a bench with red eyes. She hadn't slept all night—she was waiting.

• You went out.

The voice breaks.

He sits down next to her. They are silent. She touches his shoulder:

"I couldn't sleep. I was thinking about you. I knew you were back in this mess. I wanted to come earlier, but I was afraid you'd chase me away."

He is silent. She takes his hand:

"You're not alone. I'm here. I've always been. You just stopped seeing."

He turns. There's a glint in his eyes—understanding or love. She notices the notebook, the old poem, and their drawings. She smiles through her tears.

He looks at her, then at the paper. For the first time in a long time, he can breathe without control. He smiles, looking into her eyes, and says:

"To hell with it all! Don't preach to me! It may be harmful, but we're still happy. It doesn't matter—what matters is that it blazes with the colors of the rainbow..."
