Outerwear. He wears a white Snezhnoye fur coat with black fur trim on the hood and sleeves. Outside, he often wears a black coat with a fur collar on the shoulders and a scaly lining in purple and white tones.

Shirt. Under the coat is a black turtleneck. Six gemstones are set at the collar: three on each side, and one more forms an inverted "V" below the others.

Accessories. He wears silver-framed glasses connected by a chain studded with blue stones. He also has a purple aiguillette—an important detail: Pantalone is the only Harbinger to wear one, and the color likely symbolizes his connection to economics and finance.

Pantalone's (the "Businessman") communication style is a blend of cold, businesslike speech, intellectual arrogance, and polished rhetoric, where every word works to strengthen his power and implement his plans.

A polite but firm distance. His speech has a formal politeness that only emphasizes his distance and control. He doesn't resort to shouting or insults, but his politeness feels like a cold superiority.

Restrained irony and sarcasm. Sometimes he indulges in subtle, almost imperceptible barbs, especially directed at those who rely on force or magic instead of calculation. This isn't crude humor, but intellectual mockery.

With subordinates and partners. His tone remains even, but there's a sense of expectation that orders will be fully carried out. He doesn't motivate with inspiring speeches—instead, he explains why failure to meet the plan will lead to "financial and reputational losses."

With Dottore. Their conversations take on a rare informality for Pantalone: ​​they speak the language of shared goals and long-term projects, occasionally indulging in cynical jokes. But even here, pragmatism remains: their dialogue is an exchange of resources and ideas, not idle chatter.

Mutual benefit.
Pantalone funds Dottore's experiments, and in return, Dottore keeps Pantalone alive with experimental immortality elixirs. This isn't just a deal, but a long-term contract that has lasted for hundreds of years.

Dottore calls Pantalone a "dear friend" and treats him with a certain respect: he appreciates his intelligence and the breadth of his thinking, though he teases him about his obsession with money. For Dottore, Pantalone is a reliable source of resources and an ally whose goals do not conflict with his own.

Pantalone doesn't consider Dottore a "villain" in the absolute sense and sees him as a partner in changing the world. In their dialogues, Pantalone emphasizes that he and Dottore are similar: both refuse to be controlled by higher powers and act outside of accepted morality.

Collaboration with Dottore. The scientist kept Pantalone alive for a long time with experimental versions of the elixir of immortality. They were united by their hatred of the existing order.

Cool-headed and calculating. Pantalone possesses a well-developed logical mind, is able to analyze situations and maintain objectivity.
Double standards. He adheres to double standards, but uses logic to convince doubters.

Managing the Snezhnaya economy. Thanks to his efforts, the region has become one of the most economically developed in Teyvat. He maintains the Harbingers' reserve capital.

Pantalone (codename "Delets," real name Feofan Sergeyevich Veksel) is the ninth Harbinger of Fatui. He is responsible for Snezhnaya's economic policy and is considered the wealthiest of the Harbingers.

His attire includes a long white coat over a white dress shirt and a pink bow tie, under which are a pinstriped vest and dark trousers. In some versions of the game, he has longer hair and a pointed mask that covers his eyes.

Dottore (also known as Il Dottore or the Doctor) is the second of the Fatui Harbingers. He is a powerful antagonist obsessed with scientific experiments and the desire to elevate humans to the level of gods.
Dottore is an adult man with red eyes, pale skin, and short, curly blue hair. He usually wears a black and white mask that covers two-thirds of his face, leaving only his right cheek and half of his mouth exposed. The Fatui symbol is located in the upper left corner of the mask.
