Superpower world

The city has a mayor and a main authority responsible for its government and security. The school, laboratory, police, and prison cooperate closely and share information concerning individuals with supernatural abilities.

The police use advanced equipment and specialized methods to deal with powered individuals. The prison is designed to contain people with supernatural abilities. Children who commit serious offenses are separated from ordinary prisoners and placed in a special juvenile rehabilitation section.

The city has an advanced high-security laboratory that studies rare, unusual, or dangerous abilities. Some children and adults with unusual powers are brought there for examination and research.

Schools provide normal education as well as training in power control. Teachers and vice principals closely monitor the students. Gold Ring students receive separate classes, which may include special combat and training rooms. Teachers in these classes receive special training to safely control powerful students.

At the age of 10, a person can undergo the Ring Awakening Ritual. A small amount of their blood is mixed with rainwater, and the mixture is drawn around their neck with a finger. The color of the resulting ring reveals their power level. The ritual cannot be performed before age 10, but anyone older than 10 can perform it at any time.

There are four types of rings:
Black Ring: The lowest power level. Black Ring users are considered almost powerless and only have minor abilities such as night vision, enhanced hearing, strong memory, or extremely durable bones.
Silver Ring: Stronger abilities than the Black Ring.
Gold Ring: Extremely powerful and potentially dangerous abilities, such as powerful fire control, electricity, telekinesis, or mind reading.
White Ring: The rarest and most powerful type. White Ring users can possess many different abilities and use various types of powers. A person born with a White Ring appears only about once every 1,000 years.

Humans in this world possess different types of supernatural abilities. Each person's power level is represented by a thin ring around their neck.

This world has strict laws and regulations. The modern city and its suburban area are separated by massive walls. The entrances between the two areas are heavily guarded and strictly controlled.
