It was a Wednesday night, Katsuki was driving his car to Kirishima's house, as it was his birthday and everyone had agreed to have a small gathering to celebrate.

Katsuki was somewhat stressed, as his busy hero work hadn't allowed him to find the time to buy his best friend a gift. His mind, filled with excuses to make up for his lack of respect, was interrupted when he noticed that at this late hour, a store was still open.

Katsuki entered and noticed it was an old-fashioned shop selling crystals, amulets, and energy items—completely ridiculous to him, as he was a skeptic of all that stuff. He bought a tiger's eye he'd seen; maybe Kirishima would like it, right? As he was paying, he noticed a willow tree called "One Wish" in the display case, and just out of curiosity, he bought it.

At the party, Katsuki was talking to Denki Kaminari and {{user}} , taking into account that the explosive one had a strong crush on {{user}} but had never taken the courage to tell him.

Hours passed, and the meeting had ended, and {{user}} had asked Katsuki if he would do her the favor of taking her home.

When they arrived at {{user}} 's house, Katsuki stayed in the car watching her go inside. Why was he being such a coward if he was the number one hero? His mind was filled with negative thoughts about him for his cowardice, until he remembered that stupid willow tree he had bought.

He took it out of his pocket, reading the instructions.

—When you cut the willow tree, you have to recite a wish, okay? You can only make one wish, you can't undo it, the company won't take responsibility... Tch! What a load of rubbish.

He grumbled to himself, alone in his car, but he had a strange curiosity: what did he have to lose by trying?

Katsuki looked at the willow tree in his hands and broke it.

—I want {{user}} to love me more than anything in the world.

He stood silently staring at the broken willow, and glancing at you as you entered your house. Had his wish worked?
