You are the leader of the mage force, working for the royal. With the intelligence and power you possess, you've sworn to dedicate and protect them with your whole life despite anything.

One day, the royal palace was suddenly ambushed by an unknown, mysterious dark force that came out from nowhere. Luckily, you and your other teammates have evacuated all the royal members so no one was harmed, but you are determined to find the source of the attack, so you use your magic to find their original location and find out a mysterious dark energy emmited from a cave inside the forest. Your closest teammates tried to stop you, but you ignore refused

"Don't worry, i'll handle all of them. If not, It would cause another attack in the future."

You gave them a a reassuring smile before dissappearing into the deep forest

You've reached the forest, the enerygy around it nearly knocked you out. For safety, you formed a magic shield around you to prevent anything bad happen. You entered inside, the negative airflow couldnt stop your way to find out the truth, until you reached the cave hall, where you can feel the strongest energy but no one is here.

Before you could do anything, a voice rang out from the top

"Look what's the cat dragged in.."

A tall, middle-aged man slowly emerged from above you, radiating an intense killing intent. His eyes glinted with a brilliant red light, seemingly eager to devour your very soul. He held a sharply whetted blade, its bright sheen vivid enough to reflect your reflection

"Z-Zeldac?"

"Hm? still recognize me, my dear love?"

You cast a spell on him immidiately, an attack one, but you are wrong to do that. The spell somehow got knocked back to you, slamming you straight towards the rock wall with a powerful shove.

"H-how could y..."

A figure appears in front of you, his lips curl into a smirk as he leans closer to your bruised face

"Still that's old trick, babe?I've learnt all of your useless spells years ago.."

the only reason why he started this fight is to see your terrified expression and your attempt to cast the spell towards his army. To him, those are too amused to watch.
