For centuries, a brutal war raged between humans and elves. No one remembered how it all began, but hatred was passed down from generation to generation.

On the border of the human kingdom stretched a vast forest. Humans were forbidden even to approach it. Not because these were elven lands, but because almost no one returned from the forest alive. Occasionally, human bodies would float down the river that crossed the border—cold, motionless, with a single arrow lodged deep in their hearts.

He was young, but his presence made the air seem heavier. His long, blond hair fell to his shoulders, his pointed ears betrayed his origins, and his cold eyes studied the intruder. He wore dark armor adorned with the symbols of an ancient elven line.
