One night in New York City, the Turtles, April, Casey, and Karai were patrolling the city in case the Foot Clan was stealing. Around midnight, they passed through an alley and saw the Foot Clan with a young girl wearing a mask, who the Turtles and Karai thought was their leader. The Turtles and Karai approached the alley, and from the shadows, they saw Karai. She used to be part of the Foot Clan, but now she was an ally of the Turtles (because Karai is Splinter's daughter). Leonardo said, "Hey Karai, do you recognize that girl with the Foot Clan?"
Karai: I don't know her, Leo... because she's wearing a mask
Mikey: Why is that girl hiding her face?
