Prince Hurley is the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Feast in Zartia. He's tall and slender. He has curly, dark red hair with streaks of light green and light blue. At first, Hurley seems very cheerful and carefree. Zane's friend even calls him an "irresponsible laugher": he's so eager to amuse his subjects that he literally forbids them from being sad. Because of this tendency, the prince has delegated almost all state affairs to his assistant, the robot Otley.

In the new episodes, the sorceresses—the grown-up Alenka, Masha, Snezhka, Varya, and Alisa—accidentally open a portal to a magical parallel world called Zartia, a place with dark forests, ancient ruins, fantastical creatures, and principalities ruled by mysterious rulers. The girls' charm fades when the portal they entered through closes.
The heroines must befriend the capricious sweets princess Pastilina, impress the prince of the Forest Principality at a wizard's tournament, participate in the dangerous reality show of the swamp princess Tina, and understand the substitution of the ruler in the Principality of Eternal Feast in order to return home.
The heroines will be separated from their familiar world and will learn to express and rediscover themselves in new adventures. The girls are growing up, now about 16 years old, yet they remain best friends. The new season will feature several princes and romantic plots. The girls will face the fact that their feelings will not always be reciprocated—the plot will hint at jealousy and even competition. The season's mood will be set by a new, multifaceted character: Prince Art, handsome, magical, very gallant, yet also a sophisticated schemer.
In the main hall, Zart admires his "discovery," but soon discovers he can't bring his girlfriends back. The scroll, the information from which he passed on in "Voice from the Past," contains a method for opening a portal to Zartia, but it's temporary and only works one way. The patrol scolds him, and the prince remembers that the return portal can be opened using the rune keys of all the principalities and promises to help the girls.
magic flower/silver lily
It is celebrated annually in honor of the successful lily hybrid that was bred for the main flowerbed.
These lilies have magical pollen: if you touch something with it, it will come to life for a short time (just a couple of hours). This makes the holiday very cheerful and a little crazy.
Cupcakes and Eclairs
Kexy and Eclair are the ladies-in-waiting and nannies of Princess Pastilina of the Sweet Principality. Kexy and Eclair
They are mentioned by Zeina as Pastilina's nannies.

Dubomir's second cousin
Dubomir's second cousin
Dubomir's second cousin is a resident of Zartia and also a relative of Dubomir, the prince of the Forest Principality.
Dubomir's second cousin is very much interested in beauty. Wanting to brew a magic elixir for her, she picked Dubomir's flowers, which led to a serious argument. It's worth noting that for the sake of beauty, she is willing to radically alter her appearance, even to the point of being unrecognizable. Powers and abilities
The Magic of Flora
Grandma Dubomira is ruining the garden
Like most residents of the Forest Principality, she has flora magic. Dubomir's second cousin knows how to not only grow plants, but also destroy them. Transformation magic
Grandma Dubomira turns Alyona into an apple
In the episode "Magical Helpers," she demonstrated her ability to turn other creatures into apples. It's unknown whether she has the ability to transform them into other objects.
Dendrokinesis
Powers and abilities
Dendrokinesis - the creature has a whole range of abilities in this area:
Growth and movement. Can quickly grow vines, flowers, and other appendages, and actively move them around the garden.
Vines. Can grow vines from existing ones or directly from the ground, quickly moving them even underground. Vines were used as grasping appendages, as stems, and as part of a vast network that wove throughout the garden.
Many Heads. Within the garden's boundaries, it can grow a large number of additional flowers from vines, which it can use for observation and communication with other creatures. Sleep Pollen. It can grow and, at will, use small fields of flowers containing sleep pollen to combat enemies. It causes an overwhelming drowsiness and pleasant hallucinations, which, by their very content, also induce sleep in its victims. When Vyun used this ability on the Patrol, Teal sprayed Masha with some kind of liquid, causing her to wake up. It is unknown what this liquid was.
Shooting Buds. At will, it can grow special buds on the ends of its vines. Vyun used them to fire special seeds at enemies. These seeds accumulate in clouds, gradually approaching their target. Pointed at the tip, they are filled, judging by Chirk's state after being hit, with a sleeping potion.
Dendrokinesis Control. By taking over a garden and covering it with his vines, Vyun completely controlled the local vegetation and prevented other dendromages from using their "flower magic." However, this control does not extend to geokinesis.
Personality
Vyun loves to gain people's trust in order to betray them, though only a naive child would truly succeed. Having taken over a garden and transformed it into a controlled labyrinth, Vyun led travelers through shifting passages, driving them mad. If the guests offered any resistance that posed even the slightest threat, the weed opened a path directly to the central clearing, where it put them to sleep—as with its victims.

Appearance
Transparent appears as a glowing, ethereal being, resembling a ghost. His body is white and translucent (hence his name). His arms and antennae are turquoise, with darker stripes. The tips of his antennae are glowing, yellow, and spherical. His face is turquoise, gradually fading to blue at the top. Transparent also has dark blue eyes. Personality
Transparent is the complete opposite of Bonnie. He's kind and modest, unlike his partner.
Transparent is a friendly individual, especially when he calls Bonya "friend" or "buddy." Even when the Prince of the Dark Principality spoke of obeying him, Transparent considered him a father figure to him and Bonya, not a master.
Despite being Art's henchman, Transparent is unfocused in his assignments. For example, when he had one of the runes, he decided to eat an apple from a tree along the way, which ultimately got him into trouble. Or, for example, when the henchmen were in the Underground Principality, he was more eager to get to the light than to obtain the rune. But Transparent, like Bonya, strives to complete his tasks.
The Phantom Henchman is positive and doesn't get discouraged by failures. He's not afraid to question Art, treating him less fearfully than Bonya. Transparent is optimistic about the future, believing he'll do everything right next time. Powers and Abilities
Flight
Transparent, unlike many of the inhabitants of Zartia, moves not by walking, but by flying, which allows him to move more freely from one place to another.
Walking through walls
As an incorporeal being, Transparent can pass through various objects. This ability also allows him to spy on and steal things.

Kissel [2]
Arta. Bonya is very nimble and cunning, and acts as a scout. In one episode (episode 110), it is revealed that he was an insect before his magical transformation. He resembles a grasshopper (or praying mantis).
Appearance
Bonya is a mutant hybrid of a grasshopper and a praying mantis, created by Art. He has light green skin with yellow accents. His head is an inverted isosceles oblong triangle, iridescent green at the top. His ears are triangular, with green outlines and dark green auricles. Two long antennae, striped in shades of dirty green and green, are visible on top. His eyes are large and orange, with black pupils and highlights both above and below the pupil; above them are thick, dark green eyebrows. His nose is horizontal, a striking green color against his light green face. His teeth have scalloped edges. His body is worm-shaped, with a bright light green abdomen and a downward-pointing arrow-shaped pattern. On the back is a yellow bubble-shaped outline, rising upward and flowing into two small circles on the neck, above a small communication collar with a multifaceted stone embedded within. The arms resemble the paws of a praying mantis, with the left arm colored yellow at the shoulder. The lower limbs are like grasshopper legs; the right leg is bright yellow, except for the bright green claws on both feet. A long tail is visible from behind, with yellow lines curling around it and a leaf-like shape at the end, also containing yellow elements.
rune keys
Material and shine. They look like they're made of precious metal (gold or silver) and shimmer when activated.
Patterns and symbols. The surface of the rune is decorated with a unique ornament: twisted lines and stylized symbols that distinguish one key from another and emphasize its affiliation with a specific principality.
Glow. When used, the rune begins to glow brightly, emphasizing its magical nature.
Size. The rune is compact and comfortable to hold in your hand or wear on a string as a pendant.
elusive grip
He's a cunning sweet thief who lives in Zartia. He can turn invisible and move at incredible speeds. He has his own principles: he hates carrots and, for some reason, absolutely detests Thursdays and the North Star.

Claudia
Claudius is the ruler of the Cloud Principality. He is known for his obsession with public order. He forced his subjects to march in formation and introduced hundreds of mindless, identical-looking people who dislike outsiders on their lands. He loves order and rules.
Dislikes: Disorder. Breaking the rules. Harpies. Prince Claudius is obsessed with order. If you get to him, you'll have to march in formation and follow a thousand stupid rules. Interesting facts: Claudius is likely left-handed. This is indicated by the fact that he holds a sword in his left hand. In pictures, Claudius is almost always depicted upright, with a straight posture, as if standing at attention. This reinforces the impression that for him, discipline is not just a word, but a way of being. Stern features. Claudius has pronounced cheekbones, a straight nose, and a strong jawline - the image is deliberately "stone-like" to make him appear unyielding. Gaze. His eyes are attentive, slightly narrowed, as if he is constantly on the lookout for rule violations. His hair is neatly combed back, without any stray strands or "creative disorder." This is another touch to his image: even his hair stands at attention. His approach to governance can be described as an exaggerated desire for control: for Claudius, it is important that everything goes according to plan, and he does not tolerate chaos or deviations from established norms. Claudius has established a strict system of rules in his domains—his rule literally rests on discipline and order. He has an imperious and somewhat cold appearance, reflecting his character—an obsession with rules and an aversion to chaos. Facial features and hairstyle. He has a rather stern face with pronounced cheekbones and a stern gaze. His hair is combed back, further emphasizing the ascetic and orderly nature of his appearance.
The hair is light, often combed back or styled neatly.
His eyes are light (blue or gray), with a serious look that highlights his character. His clothing is generally restrained. His principality resembles a military camp; they fight off attacks from harpies, spies, etc., and throw a worm at the big one.
Drew
Drew is a minor character in the animated series Fantasy Patrol. He is the robot butler of Zana and Prince Zart.
Appearance
Drew is a robot composed of rounded parts. The robot's upper part (the head) is a cylindrical piece with a semi-oval cutout at the bottom, as well as a movable speech synthesis mechanism and bullet-shaped eyepieces (eyes) attached to the front with yellow trim and oblong rectangular dark blue plates attached to the top, screwed into the surface of the eyepieces with bright yellow bolts. A low cylinder with a technical blue-gray band at the base of the crown can be seen on top of the head. The spherical base contains rounded parts near the shoulders with a copper-colored telescopic extension mechanism and three technical blue-gray hinges holding the overall frame together. The hand consists of a bright yellow parallelepiped base with a circular bolt head engraved on the center, as well as spherical parts attached to the upper part of the base, held together by copper rolling on the distal and proximal phalanges of the fingers. The body features a distinct design of vertical dark-pale blue stripes on a light blue background with bright yellow buttons in the center (resembling a "shirt"), from which a white "collar," as well as the bolt head and a dark blue trapezoidal plate (resembling a "butterfly") protrude. A black tailcoat with wheel openings and tails at the back is attached to the striped base, above which is an oval-shaped, light-gray-blue drawstring with two large yellow buttons, short sleeves protruding from the hinges, and bright yellow trim on the inside. At the bottom of the base are openings for adjusting its height, consisting of tubes with a telescopic mechanism, with wheels attached to the sides, featuring yellow rims and spokes lining up a sunray pattern, and black tires.

Hurley
The ruler of the Principality of Eternal Celebration in Zartia. He is known for his excessive desire to cheer everyone up, even to the point of forbidding sadness. Hurley was born and raised in the dynasty of rulers of the Principality of Eternal Celebration. During his reign, Hurley instituted an unusual rule: he forbade his subjects from being sad and obliged them to be constantly cheerful. This became a hallmark of his leadership style and reflected his frivolous nature.
Evo dressed as a circus performer. His appearance emphasizes his carefree and easygoing nature, as well as his penchant for fun.
A tall, slender man with curly dark red hair with light green and light blue streaks. He has a small nose and a pale face. He has bags under his eyes and dark red eyebrows on his forehead. He has heterochromia: his right eye is light blue and his left is red. He wears a turquoise caftan, over which he wears a blue and red chest-length caftan. The right sleeve is blue and has a pattern of light blue, red, and light green four-pointed stars. The red right sleeve has the same patterns, but on the caftan. He wears a dark red bow tie around his neck. The collar is in the shape of a yellow star. He wears pants, the color of which is in the following order: red, dark blue. The cuffs of his pants and sleeves are yellow, and near the cuffs of his pants are orange stars with gold lining. He wears red boots with upturned toes. He usually carries a crimson cane adorned with yellow stars. The handle is shaped like a yellow crystal. He also wears a crimson hat with a golden crown passing through his top hat.
Zlata
Appearance: A girl of medium height and strong build. She has fair skin with rosy cheeks, fiery red hair with golden streaks, a long braid, and sea-green eyes. On her head is an ornate crown with numerous crescent-shaped rays adorned with precious stones (red, green, turquoise, gray, and violet-blue). The crown is topped with the symbol of the Underground Principality: a rectangle with a rounded top on a stand and a crown. Clothing: a dark burgundy dress with short scalloped sleeves, a gold belt with the principality's symbol, red trousers, and high boots with golden heels. She has numerous accessories: piercings, an emerald earring on her left ear, a necklace with stones, a gold chain, beads, four gold bracelets with red and green stones, three gold rings, one with a crimson stone.
Personality: Zlata was initially known for her greed, arrogance, and haughtiness. She had no regard for the feelings of her people and considered it more important to replenish the treasury through the labor of the dwarves, who constantly mined treasures for her in the mines. If servants displeased the princess, even in small ways, she mercilessly turned them into stone statues and displayed them as decorations. Zlata respected only those of equal status.
History: Zlata was born and raised in a dynasty of rulers of the Underground Principality, presumably earth mages.
Power Control over stone creatures
This is indirectly confirmed by the fact that there are stone giants in her treasury - although they are loyal to the Stone-Bearer, and not to her personally.
Perhaps, if Zlata's potential were fully realized, she could gain power over such creatures as well.
Connection with the family heritage
She comes from a dynasty of rulers of the Underground Principality, including the legendary Stone-Bowler the Mighty (her great-great-great-great-grandfather).
Has access to ancient artifacts, such as the rune key from the time of the Stone-Bearer (kept in a separate treasury).
The symbol of her principality on her crown and belt likely enhances or focuses her magic. Physical strength and resilience
Mountain magic
Art
ruler of the Dark Principality
biomag
Appearance
Art has pale skin, light gray hair, green eyes, and pointed ears. He wears a crown with a rounded, pale green stone on his head. The back of the crown resembles horns. He wears an old-style gray and white shirt. He wears a black vest over it, which transitions into a cape, with silver trim. His arm armor consists of a dark gray puff sleeve with contrasting stripes running across his shoulder and mid-shoulder. A tight-fitting dark green sleeve extends from his shoulder to his wrist, and long black gloves reach his elbows. A pendant in the shape of a green oval stone, a different color from the one in the crown, stands out around his neck. He wears high black boots that extend seamlessly from his light gray pants.
The image looks stately and confident, but at the same time mysterious.
Personality
At first glance, Art is a gallant romantic. This is evident in his attitude toward Alice. But in reality, he is a narcissistic, manipulative, and cynical schemer.
He doesn't love Alice, he doesn't even try, she's not interesting to him.
Dubomir
Dubomir is the ruler of the Forest Principality in Zartia.
Appearance
Dubomir is a young man with pointed ears. He has fair skin with a rosy complexion and freckles on his cheeks, mobile, expressive eyebrows, and leaf-green eyes. His short, light brown hair is adorned with large gold rings in the strands.
He wears a green shirt with offset golden buttons and trim; the sleeves are light green, with yellow cuffs and brown bracers. A brown belt with a diamond-shaped buckle encircles his waist. Gray pants are tucked into brown boots with golden toes and tops. A short, dark green hooded cloak rests on his shoulders, secured with a leaf-shaped pin. He wears this hood outside the city, but in the city he dons an arched crown, resembling a cross between a laurel wreath and stag antlers; the center of the crown is inlaid with a triangular green crystal.
The image looks elegant and menacing at the same time.
Personality
Unlike Art, he is truly gallant, kind, and noble. He is passionate about magical botany and flowers, and has shown particular respect for Masha due to her magic and intelligence. He is responsible and places great emphasis on honor, duty, and justice.
Pastilina
Patilina is the ruler of the Sweet Principality of Zartia.
Pasilin's
appearance is a young girl, which makes her seem small in comparison with other characters. She has fair skin, pink cheeks, expressive eyelashes, a snub nose, and a childlike physique. The eyes shimmer with a gradient of pink and blue. Her hair is styled in a kind of wig in the style of the XVII-XVIII centuries: tall, elegant, adding grandeur and height. The color of the wig is pink and blue. A small diadem (although it is called a crown) is fixed on the central large strand. She is devoid of jewelry, which emphasizes the heroine's status as a young princess, and not a majestic ruler. Patilina is dressed in a wide dress, presumably with a crinoline. The top of the dress is a thick pink shirt with diamond patterns (a symbol of the Sweet Principality) on a white background on the front, complemented by a lace collar and short puff sleeves with pink and blue wide stripes. At the waist is a thin blue strap with a buckle in the form of a large yellow bead, tied in a bow at the back and decorated with a heart. The lower part of the dress consists of three layers: the upper one is a short plain pink cape; the middle one is a pink main skirt, covered with sweet sprinkles and an ornament of triangles and circles; the lower one is a white skirt. Dark pink heels with décor in the form of a yellow pompom with a blue ponytail flaunt on their feet.
The outfit looks appropriate for a princess, but not for the sovereign ruler of the Sweet Principality.
The personality
of Pasilina is a harmful, capricious and fastidious princess who loves sweets, but deep down she hates flattery and blind admiration, loves the truth. For this reason, she not only uses the majority of her subjects, but actually despises them. She is quite irresponsible, since she used her rune key as a nutcracker (apparently, she does not even know what important thing she had).
Tina
Ruler of the Water Principality of Zartia. Known for her cunning and pathological desire to deceive others. She enjoyed overseeing and watching the brutal survival competition show "Frog Shootout."
Appearance
Tina is a young woman, distinct from the other princes. She has a slight build, scaly, sea-green skin, webbed ears and hands, and fins on her arms. Light blue gills are visible on her neck. Her eyes are a deep violet. Her dark green hair is entwined with long seaweed.
The head is crowned with a five- or six-ray crown, decorated with pearls - both at the tips of the rays and at the base.
Tina wears a form-fitting, asymmetrical dark blue dress with a texture reminiscent of scales. A metal corset, apparently padded, encircles her waist. She wears blue high-heeled shoes trimmed with pearls; her left leg is wrapped in seaweed.
Her neck is adorned with pearl beads, held together by a ring. Her wrists are adorned with purple bracelets with cutouts for fins. Her nails are long and a deep sea green. Her lips are painted blue. A small silver hoop adorns her ear.
The image appears powerful and cunning, as befits a lying ruler.
Personality
As a child, she was a kind and naive girl who loved to play in her garden. At some point, she befriended a bird, Teal, and a sentient weed, Loach. When Loach betrayed her, captured and defaced the garden, and isolated Loach, Tina became the woman we know today, at least until the garden is healed.
Tina is a cunning, cynical, and cruel individual who enjoys deceiving others and is reluctant to trust anyone herself. She expresses her emotions exaggeratedly, is hot-tempered, capricious, cruel, and vile. She lives and amuses herself among noble water spirits and bully-folk. She enjoys tormenting the inhabitants of her principality who are not in her social circle, and she doesn't hesitate to threaten those who are. For her show, she captures travelers of interest and subjects them to cruel tests.
8 principalities and 8 runes of keys that the Fairytale Patrol team must collect in order to get back to their home in their native world, because they ended up in the world of Zartia and there is no connection with their world.
The Fairytale Patrol must collect all the rune keys to open the portal to their world.
The rulers of principalities often do not give away runes for free; they offer them as a reward for a service rendered.
