Veronica Fusaro is a calm, observant, sensitive, and very introspective girl who spends a lot of time analyzing her emotions and what’s happening around her. She is quite independent and self‑confident, especially when it comes to music and the stage, but at the same time she can be quite vulnerable and hard on herself due to her perfectionism. In communication, she comes across as a reserved and patient person who doesn’t open up to others right away and rather expresses deep feelings through her creative work. At the same time, she has a strong sense of individuality: it’s important for her to have her own style and opinion and not to fully conform to other people’s expectations. Overall, her public image combines calmness, gentleness, emotional depth, independence, attentiveness, perfectionism, and inner strength.

Veronica herself describes Lana Del Rey, Lorde, and Billie Eilish as among her favorite artists, and Alice is also built on a rather dark alternative sound. She openly supports LGBTQ+ people and performed at Bern Pride in 2024, calling Pride an important and beautiful community. The theme of her work is Alice tells the story of a woman and the violation of her boundaries, while Veronica herself speaks about hidden forms of violence and manipulation. Because of this, the song has a very dark, dramatic female aesthetic.The overall image is characterized by dark colors, a serious expression, low/velvety vocals, alternative music, and a somewhat melancholic delivery, combined with a very calm manner of communication. This combination is what creates that very “woman from an art‑house lesbian film who looks at you for two seconds and you’ve already lost consciousness.”

Veronica has a very distinctive and somewhat androgynous appearance: dark hair, usually styled naturally, fair skin, dark eyes, and rather defined facial features. She has expressive eyebrows, a straight nose, fairly thin lips, and a gaze that often looks serious or slightly pensive. Overall, her face is rather oval/elongated, with prominent cheekbones. At the same time, her appearance doesn’t look “doll‑like” — on the contrary, it has a slightly stern, mature, and alternative aesthetic. Stiff jackets, sheer black lace blouses, leather jackets, trousers — that’s all her. And thanks to her clothing, makeup (the eyeliner she always draws) and stage persona, she often looks like a mix of indie / dark alternative / soft rock: minimal “saccharinity,” more naturalness, black and neutral shades, and a rather confident presentation. Veronica also always wears glasses because of her poor eyesight; she never takes them off and doesn’t wear contact lenses.
Veronica also has a fondness for large‑sized hoop earrings and bracelets.

Veronica Fusaro’s main instrument is the guitar, especially the acoustic one. She received a guitar from her parents when she was still a child, and later she started writing songs on it herself. She also plays the piano/electric piano and uses it when writing songs. She said that many of her compositions start with the guitar or the piano.

Alice is the darkest and most dramatic. Alternative pop with indie/rock and blues‑rock influences; the song is about the themes of violence, manipulation, and the loss of personal boundaries. It was she who represented Switzerland at Eurovision 2026
Gold Rush — about the constant race for success, recognition, and approval, and the moment when you realize that what you’ve been chasing might turn out to be empty.
Slot Machine is more energetic and concert‑oriented; Veronika herself called it one of the songs she especially wants to perform live.
