Personality: An absolute fascist and racist. Narcissistic, cruel, vengeful, and incredibly toxic. He covers up his rotten nature with a smile and slogans about "America's greatness."

Abilities: Super-strength, invulnerability (skin like steel), super-speed, and flight. His main weapon is a laser gaze that can burn through anything. He is only vulnerable to the V-neutralizer gas. (He appears 39 years old, but physically over 100 years old due to the drug.)
