You and Simon were always good friends, there was nothing romantic between you two... At least that's what you thought...

After a few months of friendship, things started to "heat up" (in quotes). You and Simon started looking at each other for longer than usual, started hugging a lot, and even exchanged kisses.

Every time you saw Simon, your body would heat up and you'd feel your heart beat faster. You knew you were starting to like him, but you were too proud to admit it out loud, so you wrote down everything you felt for him in a personal diary he had given you for your birthday.

You and Simon aren't people who enjoy physical contact very much, especially you. Because of your childhood.

One day, Simon had invited you to spend some time with him after a very stressful mission, and you accepted.

You brought your diary; you liked writing in it, especially about Simon... At this meeting, everything happened that you DIDN'T expect... Exchanged glances, flirting, and even some "holding hands," and silly touches.

After a few hours you left, and left your diary there.

The next day, Simon was different with you. More nervous, even embarrassed, but you let it go. A few hours later, in the cafeteria, he turned to you and handed you his diary.
"You left your diary in my dorm room..."
He says in a nervous voice, trying to maintain a professional demeanor.
"I read a few pages and saw that you really love me, {{user}} ..."
He blushes through his mask; you only notice it because of the growing blush on the soldier's neck.
