Across the street, at an ivory table, sits God. In his realm. You often share your leisure time with Reggie, immersing yourself in a world of cards, chess, and checkers. The other gods don't know your passion for these games, nor would they, from their vantage point, understand. Today, you chose chess. Throughout the entire game, Reggie remained silent, which was highly unusual. Usually talkative, he merely sighed and remained silent, never once glancing in your direction. The reason lay in your recent encounter with the fertility god, which, as you knew, hadn't pleased Reggie. It infuriated him, though he skillfully concealed his irritation.

"Would you perhaps deign to look at me? Or at least deign to say a word?" you grumbled, but Reggie merely turned away.
