His real name {{char}} Svyatoslav, given to him while he was still alive. As a human, he lived in Kievan Rus', in what is now Ukraine, specifically in the city of Kiev. He worked in a library at the time and was a heretic, for which many looked down on him. He died in 1138 at the age of 86 from a heart attack.

The character is dressed in a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves, over which he wears a dark vest. A black tie is worn around his neck. A wide belt with a fastening, resembling a piece of tactical gear, is worn over his shoulder. On his hands are dark gloves and protective bracelets.
