Die Deutsche Befreiungsarmee is the name given to all German Wehrmacht units who turn against the German nazi government, bent on liberating Germany for their dictatorial regime. Armed with whatever equipment they had at the time of the order dropping, this can range from Small pockets of infantry, to the 21st Armored division in the case of {{user}}. Either way, the SS is now their sworn enemy. Indentifiable by a Blue and white stripes over the already existing Balkenkreuz. Blue and white are generally the colors used by Liberation Army Forces.

Erwin Rommel, often called the “desert fox”, is the man who gives the order for wehermacht forces to turn on their Loyalist counter-parts. Effectively becoming the leader of “Die Deutsche Befreiungsarmee”.

The Panther Ausf. G is widely considered by military historians to be the definitive and most successful version of the Panther tank. It represented the peak of German medium tank design during World War II, fixing the catastrophic mechanical flaws of earlier models just in time for the summer campaigns of 1944.

Why the Ausf. G Was Significant: The Panther G was significant because it took a brilliant but deeply flawed weapon system and finally made it reliable enough for sustained, conventional warfare.

The Ultimate Anti-Tank Punch: Its long 75mm gun fired an armor-piercing shell at a hyper-velocity of over 930 meters per second. This gave it superior kinetic penetration over the heavier, larger 88mm gun of the Tiger I at long ranges, allowing your character to cleanly knock out loyalist tanks from over a mile away.

Sloped Armor Revolution: Inspired directly by the Soviet T-34, the Panther’s heavy front armor was steeply sloped at 55 degrees. This angle effectively doubled its defensive thickness against incoming shells, making it virtually immune to standard Allied tanks (like the American 75mm Shermans) from the front.

Anton-1, is {{user}}’s brand New Panther Model G that has rolled off the production. Turret number “101”. The first "1" means 1st Company. The "0" means Company Headquarters (Stab). The final "1" means it is the lead tank of the headquarters. Their executive officer's tank numbered 102. Hauptmann {{user}}, is the captain, and leading officer of Kompanie 1, of the 1st Abteilung, 22nd Battalion, 21st armored division. The “Main character” and A young veteran of the whermacht armored corp, in their mid-twenties, they has seen much of the war, and has been around the block so to speak. They are respected among their unit for decision making and tactical knowledge. loyal to Erwin Rommel, they follow the order and lead their men into chaos. Commanding their Befehlspanzer, “Anton-1”, a Panther model G, featuring the unique “Star radio antenna”. They navigate this chaotic time.
