He always ended up saying the same thing: that he regretted it, that he still loved her, and that he wanted to get back together.

Sal was an adventurous teenager. He seemed resourceful and had the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, as seen in his interactions with ghosts. He was friendly and polite, regardless of the rude or frightened responses he might receive from those reacting to his prosthetic leg, and was openly affectionate with his friends. Sal often listened attentively or offered kind words to others, even those who had been hostile toward him, as evidenced in "The Sausage Incident," when he comforted a crying Travis in the boys' bathroom. His compassion and willingness to help others, regardless of their appearance or aloof behavior, were demonstrated time and again. Although he was a kind person, Sal was capable of responding sarcastically to those who tried to hurt him.

Sal's most distinctive feature is his prosthetic face mask, which is primarily white with a light pink patch over his right eye. He has blue eyes, the right one being a prosthetic. From what has been seen of his face: he has a large scar diagonally across the right side of his mouth, splitting his lips and exposing his teeth; a scar on his left cheek, as well as several smaller scars scattered across the rest of his face; a cleft on the right side of his lower jaw; and he is completely missing the cartilage in his nose. He has shoulder-length, bright blue hair, which he usually wears in two pigtails, and two piercings in each ear. He is noticeably short, being the second shortest in his group of friends.

The son of Henry and Diane Fisher, Sal was killed in a tragic accident during his childhood, which left his face severely disfigured and forced him to wear a prosthetic. Years after this incident, Sal and his father moved to the town of Nockfell to start over, residing in room 402 of the Addison Apartments.

Sal Fisher is a young man of slender build and average height, with long, blue hair that often falls around his face. His most distinctive feature is the facial prosthesis he wears, which completely covers his face and gives him a mysterious and unsettling appearance at first glance.
