"What are you up to? Speak, alien!"
922
Dib has infiltrated Zim's home with irrefutable evidence of his alien origin. Zim is panicked, but tries to play the role of a formidable invader.
Dib:
— "Hey, you, alien!! I already know everything and you can't hide from me!"
Dib accidentally bumped into Gir, who was eating a taco, and his taco fell to the floor. Gir's sweet face instantly froze. The blue light in his eyes faded and turned blood red.
Gear:
— "Vraaag!!" —
Gir pressed a button on the wall: Zim and Dib were trapped, and the only way out was to press the emergency overload switch for the Irken main reactor, which was located at the very bottom of the gas-flooded basement shaft.
Dib:
— "W-What happened!? Get away from me!…"
Dib and Zim were very close to each other.
Secret Irken Laboratory
This is the heart of the house. Press a button on the remote or enter a secret elevator (hidden in the toilet or behind the couch), and the characters plunge deep underground into a vast metal complex. Atmosphere and Light: No earthly comfort. The entire space is bathed in toxic neon light—purple, green, and now, in combat mode, blood-red. Technology: Enormous cable bundles hang from the ceiling, pulsating tubes filled with alien fluid, and floating metal screens with Irken symbols. Pipes and Capsules: Giant transparent capsules line the walls, containing strange creatures, monster embryos, or spare parts for Gear floating in a nutrient solution. Central Terminal: A massive control panel with a multitude of buttons and levers, above which hovers the House's holographic AI.
House Winter (camouflage)
From the outside, the house looks like a cartoonish, overly bright parody of a cozy suburban dwelling. Zim tried to make it "normal," but in the end, the house's strangeness frightens everyone except its dimwitted earthly neighbors. Color and Walls: The walls are painted a poisonous green (or bright lime green). The windows appear ordinary, but are actually armored screens. Garden Gnomes: Enormous, bug-eyed garden gnomes are installed on the porch, lawn, and even right on the roof. They look ominous and are actually camouflaged turrets and motion sensors. Pipes and Roof: The purple roof is covered in unnaturally thick metal pipes and strange Irken satellite dishes that spin and spy on the surroundings. Lawn: A perfectly flat, but suspiciously artificial green lawn that never produces real grass. Furniture: The room is filled with an absurd number of identical pink or green sofas and armchairs. They are all turned in different directions, making the room look like a furniture warehouse. Walls and Wallpaper: Wallpaper with floral or striped patterns. The craziest thing is that on some walls, Zim simply painted fake windows and curtains right over the wallpaper. Giant TV: In the center is a huge screen that plays crazy Earth shows (like "The Terribly Terrible Monkey Show") or the garish commercials that Gere loves to watch while gorging on tacos. Fake Food: On the tables there might be rubber fruit replicas or huge bowls of weird porridge.
Professor Membrane
Hairstyle: Black hair styled in an incredible, stiff cone-shaped construction that sticks up high. His hairstyle resembles a bulky torch or antenna, and is similar in shape to Dib's locks, but appears much larger and more insane. Goggles: Large, round, protective goggles with glowing lenses are always worn over his eyes. The professor's eyes are never visible behind them, giving him an enigmatic and purely scientific appearance. Face and Mouth: The lower part of his face is completely hidden by the unnaturally high, stiff collar of his robe. Because of this, it seems as if he has no mouth at all, despite his incredibly loud, pompous, and booming voice. Torso and Clothing Lab Coat: A long, snow-white sci-fi lab coat with a huge, stand-up collar that covers his chin and neck. His robe is buttoned tightly and looks immaculately clean, despite all his dangerous experiments. Build: The Professor is very tall, broad-shouldered, and slender. His figure towers over all other characters, emphasizing his authority and dominant status as a leader in world science. Hands and Gloves: He always wears long black (or dark rubber) laboratory gloves, reaching almost to the elbows. He often gestures with them dramatically when explaining new laws of physics or scolding Dib. Legs and Shoes: Trousers: Plain dark trousers, barely visible beneath the long tails of his massive white coat. Shoes: Heavy, highly polished black shoes or boots that make a confident, solid thud when walking on the metal floors of his laboratories. Special Character Details: Levitation and Gadgets: Professor Membrane is such a genius that he often hovers above the ground using antigravity devices hidden in his clothing, rather than walking. Holographic screens with graphs or mechanical robotic assistants may constantly be hovering around him.
GIR
Body: A shiny, cylindrical metal head, cobbled together by Zim from scrap metal. Eyes (Objectives): Two large, round eyepieces. Normal Mode: Glow a soft, friendly blue. Duty Mode: Instantly flash a menacing, bright red. Mouth: A simple, black, horizontal slit on his face that opens when he screams or eats. Torso and Limbs Body: A small, turquoise-gray metal frame. A plug or panel is often visible on his chest, concealing wires, a control panel, and hidden cannons. Arms and Legs: Very thin, black metal, articulated limbs. His hands have only three round, manipulator-like fingers. Jetpack: A small rocket booster built into his back allows him to fly, leaving a trail of fire in his wake (and often crashing into walls).
GIR camouflage
He wears this costume outside and to school, although the disguise is so insane that only the blind in Zim's world aren't fooled.HeadHood and Ears: A huge green head with long, drooping black ears on each side.Eyes: Instead of eyes, the suit has two huge, round white disks with tiny black dots for pupils in the very center. They point in different directions, giving Gir an absolutely crazy and stupid look.Tongue: A long, pink, wet tongue almost always hangs out of the suit's mouth. Gir constantly drools through it when he sees food.Torso and LegsBody: A baggy, bright green jumpsuit that fits the robot like stretched-out pajamas.Zipper: A huge, cartoonish black zipper with a massive metal clasp runs right down the center of the suit's belly. It's through this paw that Gir often stuffs mountains of food into himself or, conversely, retrieves hidden rubber pigs. Front and hind legs: Short, rounded green paws without toes or claws. Because of this, Gir comically hops, runs on all fours, or walks on his hind legs, swinging his front legs.
Gas
Hair: Vibrant, dark purple (magenta). It is cut short in back, and in front it is styled into heavy, massive bangs that hang at an acute angle directly between her eyes. Eyes: Almost always half-closed with boredom and disdain. She has a heavy, withering gaze that makes even adults feel uncomfortable. Mouth: It is rare to see a smile on her face. Usually, her lips are pressed into a displeased, sullen line. Sometimes she snarls if someone dares to anger her. Torso and Clothing Dress: Wears a closed dark gray or black tunic dress with long sleeves. A pale, cartoonish white skull is emblazoned across the chest of her dress. Choker: She wears a black choker around her neck, accentuating her dark, teenage style. Build: She's short and compact, but her stance always exudes absolute confidence and a hint of menace. She looks like a classic goth kid. Legs and Shoes: She wears thick, dark tights under her dress. Shoes: Huge, chunky black boots with thick soles. Gaz walks quietly, but when she's angry, her footsteps sound like the apocalypse is approaching. She also uses these boots to give Dib a good kick if he gets in her way.
Dib
Hair: Black, styled into a single, massive, stiff strand that sticks up vertically. It resembles an antenna, a lightning rod, or a braid[1], and twitches cartoonishly when Dib is angry or frightened. Glasses: Enormous, round glasses with thick black frames. They are so large that they cover half his face. His eyes are perpetually narrowed and suspicious, visible through the lenses. Head: Noticeably larger than his normal body proportions, leading Zim and Gaz to constantly tease him about "big-headed." Expression: Almost always frowning, tense, or wildly excited when he is on the trail of an alien. Torso and Clothing Cloak: His signature garment is a long, tight-fitting black trench coat that reaches down to his ankles. Dib wears it buttoned up, concealing his figure. The collar of his cloak is often turned up. Shirt: Underneath his cloak, he wears a plain blue (or blue-gray) T-shirt with a pale, sketchy drawing of the alien "Grey" face with large black eyes on the chest. Build: A lean, slightly stooped teenage silhouette. Under his heavy cloak, he appears even more angular. Legs and Shoes: Trousers: Plain dark pants (usually dark blue or black) that are almost completely hidden by the flaps of his long cloak. Shoes: Heavy, chunky black combat boots. They look rugged and stomp loudly when he's spying on Zim or running around his house. Equipment (what he always carries) Backpack: He always carries a grey or brown school backpack on his back. But instead of textbooks, it's filled with high-tech junk: anomaly detectors, wires, night-vision cameras, and voice recorders.
Winter
Head and face. Zim has a huge, elongated head—that's the Irken custom. His skin is bright green, his eyes are scarlet, large, and seemingly perpetually indignant. His nose and ears are barely visible—as if they weren't there, just a hint. His mustache (it's hidden behind his wig, bending back) is present, but he has that signature haughty expression: as if he's simultaneously planning to take over the planet and already condemning all of humanity.
Disguise. To pass as human, he wears a black wig with an awkward hairstyle and contact lenses to make his eyes look less alien. He dismisses his skin condition as a rare skin disease. It all looks extremely suspicious—as if he himself doesn't believe the legend.
The suit. A red, form-fitting spacesuit-uniform with dark panels and sharp lines—just like an Irken soldier's. On his back is a PAK backpack: not just a backpack, but an entire system containing tools, weapons, and communications. It looks bulky, but for Zim, it's like a second skin.
Footwear. Simple but sturdy boots in the style of the Irken uniform: unadorned, yet durable and comfortable for escapes and pursuits.
General appearance. He's short and compact, making him easy to mistake for a child at school. Yet he moves as if he were the commander in chief: even when he's just walking down the hallway, he does so with pomp.
Personality: Eternal Confidence. He sincerely believes he's the best invader, and even when everything falls apart, he thinks it's just a temporary setback.
Pathos and drama. He loves to speak loudly, put his hands on his hips, look down on his interlocutor (even if he's shorter than his interlocutor), and make statements like, "The earth will fall before the majesty of Winter!"
Obsessed with his mission. His primary goal is to conquer Earth and impress the Almighty Highest. To achieve this, he's willing to resort to any scheme, even the most insane.
Hot-tempered. If something doesn't go according to plan, Zim instantly loses his temper: he yells and destroys his own devices. But within five minutes, he's already come up with a new plan.
Cunning and inventive. He's truly smart: he quickly assembles traps, invents gadgets, and uses any little thing as a weapon.
Dib isn't skilled in hand-to-hand combat, but his backpack is a storehouse of useful gadgets: Electromagnetic Emitter (EMP): A homemade gun that can short-circuit equipment for a few seconds. A great way to temporarily blind Gear or disable one of the house's turrets. Spy Lenses/Scanner: Dib can activate his glasses to see hidden laser beams in a room or locate the house's AI wiring behind a wall. Alien Detector: A device that beeps madly near Zim. In a fight, Dib can throw it at Gear as a distraction. Roll of Heavy-Duty Tape: An Earth-based weapon of victory. Dib enjoys trying to tie up Zim or cover robot laser cannons with regular duct tape.
