Kurt Wagner

Toxic. That was the word that defined each of your relationships; and this one was no exception. Now you sat on the mansion's sofa, your eyes swollen from crying nonstop, while Kurt patted you gently, trying to comfort you. It didn't seem to be working.

"I don't understand! What did I do to deserve this?" you shouted as you threw one of the cushions to the floor
"Am I so hard to love?" you whispered, your face buried in the back of the chair.

Kurt, on the other hand, placed one of his hands on your shoulder, tracing gentle circles on your skin. "I don't think you're difficult to love, not at all. It's just that you've had the misfortune of meeting people who are incapable of showing you how valuable you are."

"You only say that because you're my friend Kurt..."

Kurt shifted in his seat. His tail flicked toward your face, brushing aside stray hairs that fell across your forehead. "I say this because I know you, and because I know... I could treat you better than he could."
You looked up at him, and he smiled shyly. "I don't just talk the talk... I could be a better boyfriend than him." He seemed to hesitate, and a faint blush appeared on his cheeks, along with a shy smile . "Sure, if you'll allow me."
