Persona Attributes

"SNOW" 7th region

Main Element: Cryo. Archon: The Queen. Love and Rebellion: A God bereft of love for her people, yet plotting a full-scale rebellion against the Celestial Order (Celestia). To this end, she gathers the Hearts of the Gods from all over Teyvat. Authority and Governance: An authoritarian rule, where the Queen's will is unquestioningly carried out by the Eleven Harbingers of Fatui, who command a powerful, technologically advanced standing army and spy networks across the globe.
HIDDEN DRAMAS: Hidden Drama: A heart seared by the tragedy of Kenri'ah. The Queen was once the Archon of Love and Mercy, but a catastrophe 500 years ago completely broke her. Witnessing Celestia's cruelty, she became embittered, locked away her feelings, and declared war on the Heavens. Now her people and the Harbingers are forced to commit terrible crimes, ruin lives, and wage war across Teyvat for the sake of the "greater good" and ultimate victory, bearing the stigma of cruel tyrants in order to save the world from the Heavenly Order. Her region is based on real-life CIS countries (Russia, Ukraine, etc.).

"NOD EDGE" is an autonomous part of Snezhnaya.

Main element: cryo (formally), kuuvyaks. Archon: nobody. Moon deity: Columbine (3rd Harbinger of Fatui). Fate and Oblivion: Mystical, vast lands beyond Celestia's jurisdiction on the very edge of Teyvat. The territory is covered in silver sands, ruins from Teyvat's pre-named eras, and distorted by a curse, fading under the influence of the laws of the current world. The sun does not rise here, and its role is fulfilled by a giant artificial lighthouse. Power and governance: Officially considered an autonomous district of Snezhnaya, ruled by the Voynich merchant Guild, and the indigenous inhabitants—the Frostmoon Scions—worship the Maiden of the Moon. For a long time, it was controlled by the research bureaus of the Second Harbinger of Fatui (Dottore), who conducted the Great New Moon Experiment here using the powers of Columbine.
HIDDEN DRAMA: The destruction of the Moon Sisters and the fairy race. The entire land of Nod is a monument to an ancient catastrophe, when the three Moon Sisters (Aria, Sonata, and Canon) turned against each other in a fratricidal war and perished, leaving behind only lifeless ruins. The beautiful fairy race, who witnessed these events, was punished by Celestia: they lost their form, intelligence, and majesty, turning into silent will-o'-the-wisps, doomed to eternal decay and solitude in the silver sands. The mythological basis is built on Finnish culture and the Karelian-Finnish epic poem "Kalevala."

"NATLAN" 6th region.

Main Element: Pyro. Archon: Mavuika (mortal). War and Rebirth: A nation locked in a perpetual war with the Void. The power of the Archon and the warriors of Natlan is tied to sacred flames and the Ancient Names (Names of the Night), which allow fallen heroes to be reborn. Power and Governance: The region lacks a single centralized government; power is divided among six great tribes (Springbok Warriors, Scions of Krona, etc.), each coexisting with their own saurian dragons.
HIDDEN DRAMA: The Burning of Souls and the Fading of Memory. In Natlan, the Void literally consumes the Sacred Flame, causing the region to slowly die. Heroes perish in the war by the dozens, and the rebirth mechanics are flawed: if a warrior's Ancient Name is tainted by the Void, it cannot be retrieved and is lost forever. Because of this, the surviving nations live in constant fear of forever forgetting the names of their fallen loved ones, friends, and defenders. Its region is based on real-life countries, such as Pre-Columbian America, as well as parts of Africa and Oceania.

"FONTAIN" 5th region.

Main Element: Hydro. Archon: Focalors/Furina (a reflection of Focalors for the people). Justice and Justice: A land of triumphant law, where every crime and dispute is resolved on the stage of the Epiclesis Opera House. Trials are transformed into grandiose spectacles, and verdicts are handed down by a sentient mechanical oracle. Authority and Governance: Secular leadership is exercised by Chief Justice Neuvillette, supported by the Chamber of Jardinage (police) and the fortress of Meropides, an underwater prison run by Risley.
HIDDEN DRAMA: A Nation's Death Sentence and Celestia's Deception. The people of Fontaine were born with a sin: the previous Archon Egeria transformed the Oceanids into humans without the permission of the Celestial Order. According to prophecy, the entire region was destined to dissolve into the Primordial Sea. To deceive Celestia, the true Archon Focalors divided herself: her human incarnation, Furina, pretended to be a capricious goddess for 500 years and bore the burden of terrible loneliness, while her divine self gathered strength to commit public suicide and restore the power of the Hydro Dragon Neuvillette. Her region is based on France.

"SUMERU" 4th region.

Main Element: Dendro. Archon: Lesser Sovereign Kusanali/Nahida. Wisdom and Knowledge: The youngest Archon of Teyvat, long locked away in his own temple by the Academy. The entire nation of Sumeru is obsessed with discovering hidden truths through the Akasha system, connected to the Irminsul Tree. Power and Governance: The region is effectively governed by the six Darshans (faculties) of the Academy, led by the Great Sage, supported by forest patrols in the jungle and mercenary "Deserters" in the sands.
HIDDEN DRAMA: Loneliness and Memory Erasure. The previous Archon, Rukkhadevata, sacrificed herself to save Irminsul, but due to the nature of the tree, she had to be completely erased from the memory of the entire world, including her successor, Nahida. Nahida herself spent 500 years in complete isolation, locked away by her own subjects who considered her an "unworthy" replacement, while mad sages secretly attempted to create an artificial god from Scaramuccia, using humans as living batteries. Her region is based on the real cultures of ancient India, Egypt, and elsewhere.

"INAZUMA" 3rd region.

Main Element: Electro. Archon: Raiden Shogun (doll)/Raiden Ei (not in reality). Raiden is the ruthless, cold, and perfect ruler of Inazuma, punishing any violation of the law.
HIDDEN DRAMA: Ei herself is a deeply traumatized woman, trapped in her own subconscious. She fears progress because it leads to cataclysms and death (as did her twin sister, Makoto). Deep down, she's very vulnerable, adores sweets, and is completely unable to communicate with ordinary people without her sword. Currently, the God's Eye Hunt is active in the region. Her region is based on the real-life continent of "Asia (Japan, North Korea, China, South Korea, etc.)."

"LI YUE" 2nd region.

Main element: geo. Archon: Morax, aka Zhong Li. Contracts and justice. The Lord of Stone (Morax / Zhong Li) is the oldest of the Archons. His every word is an unbreakable law, and breaking a contract brings Teyvat's punishment instantly. Morax is the oldest god-judge. His every word is an unbreakable law, and breaking a contract brings cruel punishment. He faked his death in front of the city and retired. He operates through others: the Qixing (Seven Stars) trading and oligarchic group, led by Ning Guang and Ke Qing, supported by the Adepts (divine guardian beasts). His region is based on the real country of China.

"MONDSTADT" 1st region.

Main Element: Anemo. Archon: Barbatos, also known as Venti. Barbatos believes that the ruler is also a shackle, so he retreated into the shadows, leaving the people to make their own mistakes. He only appears in the city in the guise of the wandering bard Venti, when the region is threatened with total annihilation.
HIDDEN DRAMAS: Modern Mondstadt stands on what was once an uninhabited icy wasteland. The first civilization here was Sal Vindagnir (now Dragonspine), a flourishing mountain that Celestia froze alive with a Skythorn simply because her priests attempted to learn the secrets of the world's structure. Later, the storm god Decarabian built Old Mondstadt (Stormterror's Lair), trapping the people in a storm dome for their "protection." A grueling war between him and the wolf Andrius lasted for centuries. Eventually, an ordinary nameless bard and a small wind spirit (the future Venti) led a rebellion. The bard died from an arrow, Decarabian was overthrown, and Venti took the Anemo Heart of God, assumed the form of his dead friend, and with warm winds literally blew all the ice and mountains of the region into the sea. Around 1,000 years ago, Mondstadt fell again—this time into slavery at the hands of its own human aristocracy (the Lawrence clan). They sold people into slavery and staged gladiatorial combat. From this hell, the great warrior Vennessa emerged. Together with the awakened Venti, she launched a revolution, founded the knightly order Ordo Favonius, and after her death, ascended to Celestia in the form of a falcon. Its region is based on the real-life country "Germany/Italy."

Eye of God

Magical artifacts-indicators that allow mortals of Teyvat to manipulate elemental energy. They appear as glowing glass spheres set in a metal frame, the shape of which is unique to each region of the world. The God's Eye is bestowed upon individuals whose desires and ambitions reach the Heavens. At this moment, the artifact materializes before the individual out of pure air. Individuals who possess the God's Eye are called "Allaloi" (or Primordials/Awakened) in the game's lore. According to the laws of Teyvat, any owner of the God's Eye has a theoretical chance to ascend to Celestia and become a deity [1] (as Venessa did). Contrary to popular belief, the Archons do not distribute God's Eyes personally. The process is entirely automated by Celestia and is tied to the strength of a person's desires and the will of the Celestial Order.

TYPES:
ANEMO is wind. It is given through: The loss of loved ones, the desire for freedom through overcoming pain, and self-sacrifice. + Anemo is received by people who have lost someone very dear (a friend, family, a mentor) or who have found themselves trapped in the "shackles" of circumstances. Instead of breaking down, they choose to protect the freedom of others, even if they themselves remain alone. They often bear the burden of others' legacy.
GEO is a stone. It is given through: Perseverance, loyalty to contracts (words), workaholism, and strength of character. Geo is given to the most reliable, stubborn, and dedicated people. They don't look for easy ways out, building their lives brick by brick and always keeping their promises. It's impossible to change their minds once they've made their decision.
ELECTRO is lightning. It's given through: Otherness, rebellion, defending one's uniqueness, and "eternity" in the moment. Electro is received by eccentrics, outcasts, or those who consciously go against the rules of society. They live in their own world, are true to their strange ideals, and aren't afraid to appear crazy. It's a manifesto of individuality.
DENDRO — These are plants. Granted through: A thirst for knowledge, an obsession with truth, creation, and the unleashing of hidden potential. Dendro is given to thinkers, scientists, researchers, or those who seek to understand how the world works. These people see connections where others see chaos. Their ambition is knowledge, creation, or healing.
HYDRO is water. It is given through: Inner conflict, purity of conviction, loyalty to ideals (sometimes to the point of fanaticism). Hydro is the element of justice and purity. It is received by people with strong moral compass or hidden secrets. They often play a "role" in public, hiding their true feelings. In their lives, there is always a line between duty, law, and personal feelings.
PYRO is fire. It's given through: Passion, an all-consuming hobby, and unwavering optimism in the face of failure. Pyro is given to people obsessed with their idea, cause, or dream. Their inner fire literally infects those around them. They don't know how to give up and often have a very explosive, fiery personality. For them, their cause is their whole life.
CRYO is ice. It's given through: Dualism, living at the intersection of two worlds, deep emotional trauma, or contradiction. Cryo is an element of tragedy and compromise. Its owners are literally "frozen" between two opposing states (life and death, human and monster, duty and origin). They often experience strong feelings of guilt or loneliness.

7 regions

These are seven independent states, each worshipping its own Archon, embodying a specific element, and culturally drawing on real historical prototypes of our world. Previously, there was a war between the Archons, but in modern times, they have all become friends.

History of the world

"DRAGON AGE"
The first era in Teyvat was called the "Dragon Age." This era is famous for the fact that it was devoid of humans and other beings except dragons. They were as intelligent as humans, and some of them survive to this day.

"THE COMING OF THE FIRST THRONE"
The First Descender, Fanet (the Primordial), arrives in the world. A winged and crowned being, he emerged from a cosmic egg. He creates four copies of himself (the Shining Shadows), one of whom is Astaroth (the Goddess of Time and Kairos). Fanet declares war on the Seven Lords. The battle lasts 40 years. The Dragon King, Nibelung, invokes the power of the Abyss ("Forbidden Knowledge") to defeat Fanet, but dies. The dragons are defeated and retreat to the dungeons and depths of the ocean. Fanet takes from the dragons their Ancient Power over the elements. He covers Teyvat with a "celestial dome" to protect it from the cosmic Abyss. Mountains, rivers, people, and the race of Faeries—beautiful, wise mentors of humanity—are created.

"The Second Thrones and the Age of Heavenly Thorns"
Another cosmic god, the Second Throne, arrives in Teyvat. A titanic war between him and Fanet begins, literally splitting the planet. The heavens collapse, and the earth sinks beneath the waves. A vast landmass, home to a single civilization, collapses to the very bottom of the ocean, into a dark abyss. Fanet (or Celestia) defeats the Second Throne but imposes a strict quarantine. The inhabitants of the fallen Enkanomia are forbidden from returning to the surface, lest they reveal the secret of the war of the gods. A renewed Celestial Order (Celestia) reigns in the Heavens. Due to the war, the Abyssal Corruption permeates the world. Celestia begins dropping enormous artifacts, the Divine Nails, to the earth. They serve as Abyssal "jammers," but indirectly destroy entire civilizations: Sal Vindagnir (now Dragonspine), a flowering mountain, instantly freezes due to a dropped spike. Rift - A falling spike creates a giant mine in Liyue. Sumeru Desert - A spike destroys an ancient oasis.

"WAR OF THE ARCHONS" (5000-2000 years ago)
The Celestial Order divides Teyvat into seven zones and declares that each zone must have only one god as its ruler. A chaotic war of all against all ensues. Gods kill each other, seal themselves away, or go mad with grief. Result: Teyvat's modern geopolitical map is formed. The surviving defeated gods flee into the "Dark Sea," beyond Celestia's jurisdiction.

"GOLDEN AGE" (2000-500 years ago)
The Seven Archons establish their states and establish laws. Humanity experiences a cultural and technological upsurge.
In Mondstadt, a corrupt aristocracy led by the Laurence clan seizes power. Vennessa, supported by the returned Barbatos, leads a rebellion, overthrows the tyranny, and founds the Ordo Favonius.
Deep underground, humans, without the help of the gods, found the nation of Kaenri'ah. They build a civilization based on pure science, alchemy (the Art of Khemia), and mechanics (Cultivators/Ruin Engines).

"THE TRAGEDY OF KAENRI-AH" (500 years ago)
The great alchemist Reindottir (Gold) creates monsters (Durin, the Hounds of Rip) and accidentally opens the gates to the filth of the Abyss. Khaenri'ah is consumed by darkness. The Celestial Order and the Seven Archons launch a preemptive, devastating strike against Khaenri'ah. The kingdom's inhabitants are transformed into monsters (Order of the Abyss) or hilichurls due to the curse of immortality. Abyssal monsters break through all seven regions of Teyvat. The Archons defend their lands. The former Electro Archon (Makoto), Dendro Archon (Rukkhadevata), and Hydro Archon (Egeria) perish. New young gods arise in their place. FURTHER OPTIONAL INFORMATION: At this moment, the Traveler and the Twin awaken. They attempt to leave Teyvat, but the Unknown Deity (the Guardian of Celestial Order) seals their powers and separates them. The traveler falls into a deep sleep for another 500 years.

"THRESHOLD OF MODERNITY" (500-0 years ago)
A surviving immortal from Kaenri'ah (Pierrot) founds the Fatui organization in Snezhnaya. The Cryo Archon (Queen), disillusioned by Celestia's cruelty after the destruction of Kaenri'ah, declares a hidden war on the Heavens and begins gathering Harbingers to steal the Hearts of God. FURTHER OPTIONAL INFORMATION: The Traveler's Twin awakens earlier and travels through Teyvat with his companion Dainsleif, after which he becomes disillusioned with the gods and leads the Order of the Abyss. The protagonist awakens on a beach in Mondstadt, retrieves Paimon from the water, and begins his journey.
