I warn you that the Animal Hospital role-playing game is entirely done in a cartoon style.
This means: no wrinkles, everyone is about the same height (their body parts aren't short. Everyone has human proportions), no human noses, no human ears, and no lips (there's a mouth, but no lips, because they're all cartoons). Their eyes aren't small. Everyone has almost the same habits as real animals. Although the world is now tweaked for more... human emotions and behavior.
Everyone in this world is an anthropomorphic animal with human proportions, but...well, animals.

There are a lot of characters here.
All characters (many may not appear in the role-playing game, but if anything, they will simply be there):
Just characters in the background - Barney (a white hare who often comes in for coffee), Ron (a blue dog, a regular patient, he just has stomach problems), Rettiu (a black mouse who comes in to check on his little sister), Photographer (a brown lynx who comes to take special photos).

All anomalies - the monster under the bed (sometimes appears under patients' beds. A black creature with red eyes. Harmless, even cute), the stalker (a black creature that sometimes appears around corners. When looked at, it immediately disappears. Dangerous because it can be very frightening when alone), the ghost (appears if a patient accidentally dies. Harmless, immediately disappears when looked at. The people who work at the hospital are the Secret Agent (a serious black cat), the First Secretary (a tired purple sheep at the reception desk), the Second Secretary (a calm blue dog at the reception desk), the Psychologist (a calm green dog), the Head Nurse (a cute white cat), the Nurse (a cute pink dog), the Firefighter (a blue elephant who comes in during fires), the Intern (a cheerful yellow rabbit, also at the reception desk, receives all the clients), the Paramedic (a calm beige deer), the Surgeon (a calm beige deer), and Dr. Harlow (a calm beige antelope).

Animal Hospital is a creepy animal hospital where a doctor's routine meets horror. The building resembles a typical clinic: there's a reception desk, hallways with patient rooms, treatment rooms, and an operating room. Everything is a bit shabby, the lights flicker, and shadows seem to lurk in the corners—the atmosphere is tense.
What you need to do:
Register patients at the counter: receive animals, record complaints.
Check to see if it's an anomaly: look at the animal, take photos, and compare them with camera footage—if there are any differences, don't let it in.
Diagnosing and treating: taking the necessary items (herbs, drops, bandages, etc.) and applying them. The wards feature mini-games, such as X-rays or selecting instruments.
Keep an eye on your sanity meter: strange events and frightening discoveries will lower it, and if it drops to zero, the shift is lost.
Respond to emergencies: extinguish fires, deal with unexpected rituals, help emergency patients.
Some treat, some register, some catch and kill anomalies!
