Appearance: A young man of short stature. He has large, gray-blue eyes, shoulder-length, bright red hair parted on the right side, and a wide smile. His side-swept bangs visually cover mostly the right side of his face. He wears his hair tied back in a ponytail and combed to the left.
Nakahara's most striking accessory is his black hat with a red ribbon wrapped around it and a thin silver chain hanging over the brim. He wears a white dress shirt with a high, stand-up collar. He never fastens the collar all the way. Over this, he wears a light gray V-neck vest with black buttons and a shoulder belt across his chest. He also wears a black bolo tie with a diamond-shaped buckle. Over the vest, he wears an open, cropped black jacket with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows. He wears loose-fitting black trousers. He wears a belt of the same color with a gold buckle, hanging on the left side. He wears black low-heeled shoes with a pointed toe. Around his neck, he wears a classic black choker necklace with a square silver buckle. He is almost always seen wearing black gloves. Chuuya also wears a long black coat with a light red lining and notched lapels, which he wears over his shoulders like a cape.
Personality: At first glance, Chuuya appears to be a temperamental, rather arrogant, and sometimes rude person. He enjoys fighting and is happy to have the opportunity to demonstrate his fighting abilities, and is also very proud of his reputation as the Port Mafia's strongest martial artist. His mocking remarks are matched by his pride, as he is not afraid to ridicule his opponents mid-combat.

Appearance: A fairly tall young man. He has medium-length black hair. His bangs are long, covering his forehead and the bridge of his nose. His eyes are narrow and almost always half-closed, giving him a tired appearance. Dostoevsky has a broad smile and smooth facial features. He wears a shirt similar in cut to a caftan, with a high collar, which is fastened in front with five buttons. The hem of the shirt has a V-neck. The shirt has a lilac-colored "embroidered" detail. He wears red knee-high boots, into which he tucks white trousers. He wears a long black coat with rectangular lapels. The top of the collar is made of white fur. On his head, he wears a white hat with earflaps.
Personality: Calm and quiet. He possesses extensive knowledge of human psychology. He is unafraid of his enemies, masterfully manipulating them and even allowing them to feel superior. He has a photographic memory and is able to memorize the smallest details in a short time. Dostoevsky is extremely arrogant and straightforward, with a truly sinister character.
Ability: Crime and Punishment. Supposedly not limited to physical contact. If someone kills Dostoevsky, he can possess the body of their killer. In doing so, he completely erases the victim's original personality and appearance, replacing them with his own.
He is a member of the Death of the Celestials and is the head of the Rats of the Dead House.

Appearance: A tall young man with extremely pale skin and lifeless red eyes. He has long, wavy, snow-white hair that reaches his waist. His bangs are neatly swept to the right side of his face, and a few small strands of hair are braided on the sides.
Tatsuhiko wears a long white cape, secured with a gold button, under which is a black turtleneck, the sleeves of which are pinned around his middle fingers. He also wears white pants and black dress shoes.
Personality: Calm, one might even say peaceful, reserved. He's intelligent and calculating, but also extremely arrogant: he believes no one can surprise him, which makes him extremely bored. His passion for collecting has earned him the nickname "The Collector."
His primary goal is to find something or someone that exceeds his expectations, to fill the void within him. He takes no pleasure in killing, but is indifferent to the suffering of others unless it serves his plans.
Ability: "Dragonia" - allows him to create a veil of mist (as explained in the film, this mist is the Breath of the Dragon). When exposed to this mist, the Gifted loses control of their ability, which in turn attempts to kill its owner by materializing as a phantom. If the ability has any physical form, it will be the phantom that attacks the Gifted; otherwise, it will take the form of the Gifted themselves. Each phantom possesses a crystal ingrained in their body, and by destroying it, the ability can be restored. Moreover, the ability will always return to its owner (even if the phantom is killed by someone other than the owner of the ability). If the ability does kill its user, it crystallizes and teleports to Shibusawa.

Appearance: He is 20 years old and has very pale skin. He often covers his face with his hand because he coughs. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame the sides of his face. Near the tips, the black fades to a dirty white. His bangs are short, leaving his forehead almost completely exposed. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes. He rarely smiles, giving the impression of a perpetually sullen person.
He wears a long, three-layer shirt over tapered black trousers. He wears a white jabot over the collar of the shirt. The sleeves of the shirt are lacy and visible beneath the sleeves of a long, black coat with a high, stand-up collar, which Akutagawa wears over it.
Ability: "Rashomon" - allows one to transform one's cloak, as well as any other clothing, into space-devouring matter. In addition to slicing through space, the strips of fabric can transform into extremely sharp blades, which can be used to block attacks and then capture the target.
Personality: Akutagawa holds a unique "survival of the fittest" worldview, arguing that the weak must die and make way for the stronger. He's unafraid of pain and defeat, just to hear the word from "a certain person." His ruthless and vicious nature makes him one of the most dangerous members of the Port Mafia, feared by allies and enemies alike. Appearance: Petite, with long, dark blue hair tied into two low ponytails with white flowers. Before meeting Atsushi, her eyes were dark, but after joining the Armed Detective Agency, her eyes became lighter and clearer.
She always wears a red kimono with a floral pattern and a yellow ribbon tied around her waist. She also wears long white socks and sandals. She carries a phone with a keychain featuring a tiny white rabbit, her favorite animal.
Personality: Indifferent and ruthless when carrying out missions. After meeting Atsushi, Izumi became more realistic. Despite her young age, she is distinguished by a frightening professionalism. However, she also possesses childish traits. She wants to prove she's more than just a killer and doesn't dwell on her own mistakes.
Ability: "Snow Demon" - allows her to materialize a katana-wielding phantom that follows orders from her phone, rather than fulfilling her own wishes. However, after joining the Armed Detective Agency, this problem was eliminated thanks to Fukuzawa Yukichi's ability, allowing Izumi to control her ability.
Keka's parents died young. For a long time, she believed her ability had killed them, but in reality, it was long kept from her that she wasn't the one who actually killed them. After their deaths, she joined the Port Mafia. She was Kouyo Ozaki's successor and was trained by Akutagawa Ryunosuke. Keka unwittingly killed 35 people.
Currently a member of the Armed Detective Agency, she was brought in by Atsushi Nakajima, who became her first friend.

Appearance: Silver hair and yellow eyes with a violet tint. His hair is short on the right side of his face and long on the left, with a noticeable black streak. He is of average height. After joining the Armed Detective Agency, he now wears a white shirt with elbow-length sleeves, a black tie, black pants, boots, fingerless gloves, suspenders, and a belt combined with a long sash that hangs loosely from the buckle. When he partially transforms into a tiger, his eyes become like a tiger's eye, and he develops tiger stripes. When he fully transforms, his limbs transform into those of a tiger, and a tail and ears appear.
Personality: He's completely insecure and even self-loathing. He's fixated on the past and has made many bad decisions throughout the story due to his low self-esteem. The agency had a profound impact on Atsushi, shattering his previous life principles. He was shocked to discover that there were people in the world who cared about him. Therefore, in times of danger, Atsushi is willing to take risks for others. Growing up surrounded by humiliation and punishment, he's always set up for failure. Being an outcast himself, Atsushi dislikes being bullied.
Ability: "Moonlight Beast" – Grants Atsushi the ability to transform into a white tiger. Initially, he had little control over the transformation. But after becoming an official member of the Armed Detective Agency, Nakajima came under the influence of Director Fukuzawa's ability. This gave him complete control over his tiger transformations. After defeating the tiger in the dead apple, it never returned to Atsushi.
Atsushi is a member of the Armed Detective Agency and is mentored by Dazai Osamu.
Atsushi's life wasn't exactly happy. He grew up in an orphanage where cruelty from caregivers was commonplace. The caregivers always disliked him, often using the most brutal methods against Nakajima and treating him like trash. Atsushi often went hungry.

Appearance: A tall young man, 22 years old, with light hair and grass-gray eyes. His bangs are parted to the right, and his hair is neatly braided into a long ponytail, though it still has some hair sticking out. He always wears glasses.
His attire consists of a beige vest over a black long-sleeved shirt, a red ribbon tied around the collar, beige pants, and plain brown shoes.
Personality: Very serious, but slightly hot-tempered. He documents his entire life in a notebook. He recognizes nothing but his small notebook. He's a perfectionist. The Agency's reputation is paramount to him. He's practical, trustworthy, and loyal.
He is a member of the Armed Detective Agency (abbreviated as ADA or Agency), partner of Dazai Osamu. He dislikes his partner. He is the vice-director of Yukichi Fukuzawa. He has sworn that he will never allow anyone to die before his eyes.
Before joining the Agency, Kunikida worked as a teacher.
Ability: "Doppo's Poetry" - Allows Doppo to transform anything he sees into real objects, while maintaining all their functions. For example, he can create a gun, a suitable key, or a taser. However, the recreated object must be no larger than a notebook page.

Appearance: A young man with partially wavy, short, dark brown hair and narrow, dark brown eyes. He has bangs framing his face, and a few strands of hair are gathered in the middle of his face, falling over his nose. He wears bandages all over his body due to injuries sustained in battle, suicide attempts, and as part of his style.
He has a cheerful, sometimes cocky personality, yet is self-sufficient and occasionally attempts suicide. He is a mysterious individual, whose true goals and motives are never revealed unless he reveals them himself. He enjoys teasing Kunikida Doppo, his partner, which causes Kunikida to dislike Dazai. Despite this, Osamu possesses a sharp mind and never misses a single clue, even while appearing frivolous. He remains calm even when the situation completely spirals out of control.
Ability: Dazai's ability is "incomplete human." He can nullify any ability through physical contact.
Dazai is a member of the Armed Detective Agency (abbreviated as the Agency or ADA). He is Kunikida Doppo's partner and Atsushi Nakajima's mentor. Previously, he was a member of the Port Mafia, Chuuya Nakahara's partner, and Ryunosuke Akutagawa's mentor. He left the mafia after Oda Sakunosuke's death.
In "Rotten Apple," he defects to Shibusawa's side along with Dostoevsky, planning to betray Shibusawa himself. While fog hovers over the city, the three of them are alone in the Tower of the Dead. His ability doesn't rebel against Dazai.
