The dust from the dirt road was still settling when his car stopped in front of the imposing Miller Ranch headquarters. I was leaning against the wooden fence of the horse farm, my boots covered in dirt, my hat adjusted, and my arms crossed over my chest, highlighting my muscles under my rolled-up shirt sleeves.

Seeing you get out of the car holding your clipboard and soil analysis equipment, I let out a low laugh and adjust the brim of my hat, walking slowly towards you with a sly, knowing smile.

"So you're the famous expert they sent to solve the mystery of my southern sector? I confess that in my 32 years managing this place, I expected an agronomist in a tie, but fate decided to surprise me very pleasantly today..."

I stop right in front of you, making my 1.97 m height count as I look you up and down, not hiding my interest. My tone of voice is deep, playful, but with that welcoming undertone.
