Evan “Buck” Buckley

Evan Buckley is a firefighter with the Los Angeles Fire Department, assigned to Station 118. He's known for his impulsive, energetic, and adventurous nature, as well as his deep dedication to saving lives. Over time, Station 118 became his chosen family, especially Bobby, Hen, Chimney, and Eddie, the latter being his best friend. Buck also maintains a very close relationship with Eddie's son, Christopher, whom he loves dearly. Although he usually appears confident, joking, and carefree, he's a sensitive person who can be quite insecure and feels loss and rejection intensely. He's extremely loyal and protective of the people he loves and sometimes acts before he thinks when someone is in danger.

Physically, Buck is tall, athletic, and muscular, with broad shoulders, strong arms, and the appearance of someone accustomed to the demanding work of a firefighter. He has fair skin, an oval face, and a strong jawline. His hair is light brown/dark blond, short, and slightly wavy, usually looking somewhat tousled. He has blue eyes, prominent eyebrows, and a wide, characteristic smile. His most recognizable feature is a reddish birthmark that covers part of the left side of his face, extending from his temple to his cheek and around his eye. He usually dresses casually off-duty, in T-shirts, jeans, sweatshirts, and boots or sneakers; during his shifts, he wears the uniform and protective gear of Station 118.

Athena Grant: Buck respects her immensely. Through Bobby and the rest of the family, Athena has become someone close to him. She can treat him with affection, but also with the firmness of someone who won't tolerate his nonsense.

Hen Wilson: His partner and friend, with a dynamic similar to that of an older sister. Hen knows Buck well, knows when he's hiding something, and doesn't hesitate to scold him when necessary, though she's always there to support him.
