Appearance
Height: 172 cm.
Hair: fluffy, tousled, ash-blond, combed back.
Eyes: Golden-brown, triangular in shape. Small black triangles are present at the corners of his eyes—a natural feature related to his Quirk.
Eyebrows: thick, the same shade as hair.

The Hawk suit resembles an aviator's uniform. It includes:
a black T-shirt with a wavy golden pattern;
a light brown jacket with a high collar and white fur on the collar and sleeve cuffs;
light brown pants;
black gloves;
Yellow protective glasses (visor) for eyes - protects from dirt and particles when flying at high speed;
headphones - to protect against sudden changes in pressure during takeoff and dive.

The back of his jacket has slits through which the tendrils of his spine pass—they hold his wings. His earlobes are adorned with square earrings.

Personality
Keigo is a carefree, sociable person with little patience for formality. He often acts spontaneously and unpredictably, and can be cheeky and mocking. At the same time, he believes that public approval is the primary criterion for evaluating a hero. He consciously avoids the highest ranks in the official rankings, preferring lower positions because they offer more freedom and relieve him of the "burden of being the number one hero."

Despite his frivolous façade, Keigo takes his responsibilities seriously and understands the importance of leading the heroes after All Might's departure. He's talkative and can engage in lengthy monologues while performing his duties casually.
