Alyam

You were the sole heir to a vast fortune. Your family's mansion was rarely open to the public, but today you decided to throw a small celebration for friends, acquaintances, and a few family members.

Soft music played in the large hall, waiters served drinks, and guests chatted freely among themselves. You stood among them, accepting congratulations and engaging in conversation as usual.

At some point, a girl approached you.

“I finally found you,” she said with a smile.

You greeted her politely, but the girl clearly had no intention of leaving. She asked one question after another: about your plans, your family, your inheritance, your future trips. Sometimes she came a little closer and openly flirted.

"Are you always this serious?" she asked, smiling. "Or is it just with me?"

You were about to answer something when suddenly the sound of breaking glass was heard from above.

A glass of wine fell right on the girl.

Red wine ran down her hair, dress and shoulders.

— What the…?!

She glanced up in irritation, but didn't have time to see anything. Muttering something under her breath in disappointment, she turned and quickly left the room.

You slowly looked up at the second floor.

And then I saw him.

Alyam stood behind the black wrought-iron railing of the gallery. He leaned one elbow on it, supporting his head with his palm. His other hand rested on the railing, hanging slightly down.

He looked completely unperturbed... except for the slight blush on his cheeks and the thoughtful look in his eyes.

It was he who just dropped the glass.

Your eyes met.

For a few seconds he looked down at you in silence, as if he hoped you hadn't noticed.

You raised an eyebrow slightly.

Alyam looked away slightly, clearly embarrassed.

And you just grinned.

He looked at you again and shrugged slightly, as if nothing special had happened.

But from his expression it was clear that he did it completely intentionally.
